Called me. Tried saying a doctor had given my contact information to them. Doubt that because of HIPPA laws. Then tried to say they could get me a nebulizer and all supplies and medicines under Medicaid at no cost to me and without prior authorization (both BCBS and Medicaid require PA for DME).

It is a medicare company! They've been harassing me and very rude when I answer. I doubt they call again since I had my lawyer contact their supervisor with the name of the man calling. I suggest you get a name and contact a supervisor as well. It was a last resort, but they held out.
