This is Armstrong and Associates out of Mobile Alabama. The are a collection agency that harrasses people with medical bills. Even if you are paying them they harrass you.

Call their President at home and I bet they will STOP calling you.. Be sure to call him at 8:59 at night or 8:01 on Saturday or Sunday..

Just received 1st call from this number. Phone rang 6 times and quit. Caller ID indicated ARMSTRONG. Do not know anyone in AC 205 or anyone named ARMSTRONG.

they called me today and were very rude over the phone... i answered and they demanded i give them my name and phone number, i work for a company making outbound calls so i know a few things about what is allowed and not allowed when they call you like this...
1. Their recording saying "This call may be recorded for quality purposes" does not play in full... therefore leaving slack to take legal action for them recording your call without your permission, permission is not given unless the entire statement is played verbatim, meaning nothing is left out...
2. They refused to tell me who they were or the business they represented.
3. The respondent cursed at me through the phone
4. Called me and demanded i give her information including my phone number, name, area code, address, and after i refused stated, "goodbye" and hung up...

Very unprofessional and the bill in question was paid by my Tricare prime 3 years ago...

They find old bills and try to SCAM you out of a lot of money...  i will be happy when these bi****s get whats commin to them and get their a***s sued off

If you have at&t there is an add on for $4.99 a month you can block up to 15 numbers and your phone will never ring again from toublesome collection agencies or anyone you add to that list. I have it and it works. I now have another number to add to my list.

You need to act against these debt collectors, whether you owe or not. Even though this is a different debt collector (205-561-2802)  NCO is the largest and I do follow through with the actions listed below. Here is other information and url:

I received a call from this number yesterday. When I called back the guy was obnoxious. I aske dwhat company this was and he said: Armstrong & Associates. I asked what his company did and he said "We do a lot of different things". He asked me why I was calling.

Armstrong calls a couple of times a day .  Tried to block the
number and cannot.

Calls and asks for my parents -- when I tell them they both died
in 2006, they hang up.  "Armstrong" calls several times each day

very rude people.. you have to watch them they tried to tell me I owed almost 3 times the amount I owe.. I called the Dr I owe what they told me was almost 3000 dollars more than the Dr office told me.. So Olease be careful dealing with these people

Armstrong & Associates, they are a collection agency/lawyer firm for hospital bills.  They also perform billing duties for certain hospitals and doctors offices.  Heads up, they are very unprofessional, sometimes rude, and will try to get you to pay them (along with fees) directly. Best thing to do is find out which hospital/doctor handed them the account and settle you debt with the appropriate persons yourself.  Do not deal with them.
