I think it is New South Federal Savings Bank also-even though they didn't let it ring more than once.  Obviously being 10 days late isn't bad enough to warrant anything more than a computer dialed call that covers them if they say they called you.  It's a tactic used by bill collectors to show they activated the computer in your account. Stupid.
