I got a call from this number yesterday - I didn't answer. I never answer numbers outside of my area code or my neighboring area codes. I figure it discourages the scammers if no one ever answers their calls.

206-203-7650 - Problems with my computer that they can fix.

WARNING this person calling from (206) 203-7650 is a total fake they have been calling me on and off for over 1 year. He will call private, unknown, and unavailable he asks alitle information then he calls on another number later. One time he said he was from Microsoft then another time he told me he is from Dell he will tell you that your computer is leaking information on the internet. He said he is here to help me and he wants my private information to five the problem I told him sorry buddy I dont even have A computer LOL. The same guy keeps doing this he has A very heavy accent dont fall for anything he says!

I keep getting calls from this number also.  They claim they are working for different companies each time.  They want to argue when you tell them you are not having any problems.  Get this:  My pc was off for over a year because I needed a new battery.  Now how could it be sending messages?  They didn't like that at all.  The best one is when they called my parents house and I happened to answer.  Insisted their pc was sending out msges too.  I let them talk awhile and finally told them its impossible and of course they wanted to argue.  When I told them they don't have a pc and never have, he replied, "Why you waste my time.  Why you call me like an idiot?"  That did it! I told them they just proved they are frauds and he keep fussing.  I told him he was wasting my time and hung up.  Call your attorney generals office.  We did and they gave us a number to report these calls.

same as all of the other replies.  several calls over the last several week all with the same indian  claiming to be from Microsft caliming I had major problems.  On one phone call I claimed to be a microsoft employee and I know that they do not call computer owners and hung up.  I must have made them mad because they call me three times the next day.

Call your local Police Dept about the threat, Hopefully, they will forward it to the FBI, NSA, etc (give them something real to spy on) . The federal tier police services do have international access so they might go after the thugs with enough evidence is collected.

I had multiple calls from another similar number. When I called back I got "Thank you. Good bye!"
Why the :Thank you" they may be trying to show you imitated the call for service.

Make sure that are not charging your credit card in any way

I keep getting calls from this number, the caller never says anything...then a recorded voice will come on and say "goodbye"  calls three and four times a day....for the last four weeks..

Me too mom.  Got a call today did not answer.  I use a privacy software program to filter these crap calls.  Once received and researched I put them in the list and they never make it to my phone again.

This number is being blocked by Uverse. My call log show this number being blocked 20 times in the last month

Multiple hang up calls

I got this call a few weeks ago - they guy said he was from Microsoft and wanted me to run something on my computer because of a virus.  I asked for a call back number, which he gave me.  Then I called Microsoft and reported it - they assured me they NEVER call anyone who hasn't called them first.  I gave him this number and the number the guy told me to call back.  Microsoft guy looked it up and said they were some type of company using Microsoft name as a front.  anyway, they have called me back several times and no message.  

Just got a call today from 206-203-7650 and my Phone Warrior app didn't block it. The dumb a** on the phone said they were from Hewlett Packard and that they were calling me about an issue with my computer and my IP Address. I told them "Oh you're from HP? I didn't know that HP dealt with IP addresses since they're not an ISP. Oh wait, they don't and I'm sure you're a scammer trying to steal my information and waste my time ESPECIALLY since I don't own an HP. Do me a favor and place me on the do not call list and don't call me back again. Go f*** yourself"

Telling them to put you on the do not call list does not work as they are an international company and do not abide by U.S. do not call laws. I recommend recording the number and either getting an app to block this number and other restricted calls or report it to your phone carrier to blacklist the number for you.

These people have called us at least five times in the last two weeks, once just a few minutes before 9 pm.  The first couple times we picked it up at the same time as the answering machine, and a recorded voice said "good-bye" and cut the call off.
So we stopped answering and they hung up without leaving a message.  This afternoon my husband received another call.  This time they asked for our daughter by name, claiming there was a problem with her computer and offering to fix it.  My husband refused to cooperate with him, and he finally hung up.  Afterwards, he contacted our local police who are aware that this is a SCAM.  Don't cooperate with these jerks.  Just hang up.

this # keeps callin and making threats to kill me and my family!

I got this same call today in Michigan.  I requested a phone number and promised to call back, they gave me 868-688-8731 x 107 and ask for Morgan.  He even gave me number that he said was my IP address and it would not work on Wednesday and the only way to get a new one would be from the Federal Government.  I did not call them back but did call Microsoft which told me that are working on these calls at this time.

I am also on a do not call list but they do not care,  my caller id shows I have missed several calls for the Seattle Washington number they are calling from.

received a call from NULL. 206-203-7650. He said :I had a problem with my computer and told me he could fix it. I ask him how much? Told me he could problem solve it for free.  Then I asked how much? He said I had a lot of issues and I knew it was not true (Scam) Then I questioned him what computer that I own is having trouble? He could not answer. Then he again proceeded to ask me more questions. I stopped him during the final minutes and told him I am buying a new computer with new protections. If you have caller ID answer HP tech support.

Scammers call every couple of days.  Really tired of it.  They need to get a real job.

They say they are offering Microsoft Tech Support.  Yeah right.  Told me to F*** off wen i asked how many people fall for their scam.

This phone # is on my caller ID 7 times since 4/14 through 4/29.  I started keeping a list of all these unknown numbers.   I don't answer anything I don't recognize, figuring if someone really wants something they will leave a message.   Too bad people don't have better things to do.

Insistent that I have a "veddy, veddy sidious plodlem width my computah", in an indecipherable thick Indian accent. I have been getting these calls for months.  "Microsoft Windows" seem to be his magic words whereby he scams folks into allowing him to remotely control their computers.

Fifth call. Dead giveaway that it is a scam! The guy asserted I had contacted them and tried to claim it was not a scam and was a call from Microsoft.

Things to believe:

* There ain't no such thing as a free lunch (TANSTAFL)
* If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
* You have not won big bucks from an unknown benefactor or a grant from the government
* The tooth fairy really does not exist
* Everything you read on the internet is not necessarily true.
* It is illegal to pay money for a loan, BEFORE getting the loan!
* "Free Trips" are loaded with mandatory & costly extras, and you usually must give them your card number after listening to a loooong spiel at a hotel.
* Microsoft did NOT call you to fix your computer.   <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
* The moon is not made of green cheese.
* The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
* Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
* If you "green dot" or Western Union money to a scammer, the money is gone.

Indian male with thick accent keeps calling saying my computer is sending error messages.  Been doing it for a long time.  Funny thing is, my pc was off with a dead battery for over a year.  They still wanted to argue that it was sending error messages.  I was screaming at one point saying how can it send anything.....it's dead!  Finally had to hang up on them.

I have call log of no fewer than FOUR calls from this number since Good Friday! No one leaves a message and when I answer they don't talk.

Calls from this number have come consistently every day for over a week.  They have been asked to stop calling but will not.

Received 2 calls from this person as described in the other posts.  One today and one on the 19th.  First call was early in the morning and he woke me up ...told him I don?t have Microsoft and our computers weren?t even turned on.  Today I just told him he was harassing me and not to call again and I hung up.  Calls originate from Seattle so when I see that on my screen from now on I?m not going to answer.  Scam.....

claims to be Microsoft technician that wants to fix my computer.  says 'your computer is sending Microsoft error messages' and wants me to press the windows key and the r kay.

Identified himself  to be with Microsoft.  India accent.  Told him I didn't contact ms to call me and he was barking up the wrong tree.  I then hung up and put him on my call block available thru my phone service.
