I keep getting a call from Robert Carey. He says he's calling from the federal crime unit and says there is an affidavit on me for nonpayment on an online loan.  i dont even have any loans.

I have been getting the same thing, i called him back and he said that i "commited a crime"

the area code seems to be comming from Modesto California. when i told him that there was no way i could have committed a crime, he told me that he has my adress, social security number and a officer from the sherrifs department was comming to pick me up.

i've yet to see any law enforcment.

I received this call today and this is a scam do not believe a word these people say. I am a paralegal and after confronting this people I backed them into a corner and he admitted this was a scam.

Always remember you just don't get a call out of no where telling you that you owe money.  There is always a letter you get before this type of action is taken. Always ask for documentation about the debt you owe.  Most timportant the police will not just show up at your door unless there is an order from a judge.

Good luck and beware that there are more scams like this out there. This is my second in a month.

they say that they are from federal crime unit investigating a crime and want my attorneys name.  then today they told me there would be police to pick me up at my place of business.

I have been recieving this exact phone call too! He says that I owe money for an online loan. When I tried asking for more information, he started swearing at me. He's called my employer demanding that I pay the loan and has said that 2 officers will pick me up! These calls started yesterday, June 10 and have also happened this morning.. June 11.

I got this call from this number 2days ago that I owed some loan money and that they will call a cop to pick me up.  Could this be real?

i got a call today these b*****ds know everything. identity theft. if you get wanna of these phone calls report it to your local police department. these guys are frauds dont let them scare you like they scared me.

I received a call from a guy name Jacob Reid too. He said that i have to pay 754.87 or i would be sue. At first i was scary than i call my brother and he said that it was just a scam and to report it to the police. I google up the number that they give me and the number couldn't be found. So i knoe that this guy is trying to scam me and he call me back today. So i just tell him to f*** off or i'm going to the police. All he said was that he will see me at the courthouse. So i ask me boss and he said that it illegal to sue someone over the phone and if it legit, too keep all the info like your bank account history and their number so that you can prove you don't own them anything. I just ignore their call now, reject it right away when they call and just delete all the voice  message they leave. Don't be scary guy, these people are just trying to scare you to pay them and when they said that they are going to sue you, just ask for it in writing.

I also recieved 2 phone calls at my work place today. I was not at work so the first time they left a message stating his name was Jacob Reid left the above number and said he was from Case Law Office. Later today I received the second phone call at work...again I was not there. He said his name was David Clark and that if I didnt return his call they would take me into custody. I dont know  why theyre calling lookin for me nor do I know how they got my work number. Im a little scared after reading the above message. I dont owe any money.

I received a phone call today from the above number and he stated that I owe 751.00 for a loan which I do not have.  He called himself David Clark - upon me asking who I owe the debt to he stated Cash Loan (?) I asked for a case number and he put me on hold when he came back on the line he stated that I have been notified of the loan and tomorrow they will come to my home (knew address) with an arrest warrant if not there they will go to my work.  He even knew the names of my children (scary).  He also stated my bank name and email address. I told him that I was recording the call and was at the sheriff's department as we speak and asked if he would like to speak to a deputy about this matter and then we got disconnected.
I called the number later and he stated you were told earlier today that you will be arrested along with ....(he named my children).  I only called again to try to get more info so I can report this but he put me on hold and then we were disconnected now the phone just rings and no one answers.  
BEWARE of this I was told this is a SCAM!!!  I looked up the number and no such number exist in the phonebook - the area code 209 it is California...
