This is Credit One Bank

i dont even have a credit card  and they are calling me. why?

I got this number just fifteen minutes ago, not sure who they are or what they want. No message was left. Earlier, I got a similar call, called it back, and found out it was one of those "Date talk" services. Not sure if the two are related, but they MUST adhere to the do-not call registry. I may have debt, but it's NOT through either of the numbers.

Message from Khatar Financial (not sure of spelling) wanting me to call.  I don't know these people, don't owe them any money, and I'm sick to death of them calling me!

This guy called me using the 646-307-4309 phone number and left the exact same voice mail message.  Same script, same voice.  If you search that number, you will see it is also Kahtar Financial.  Too many complaints on that one too.

I don't owe these guys any money and they call.

I have no debt and they're calling me. Didn't leave a message, just hung up.

Watch paying then by mail as well, i do that and they've been known to sit on payments for awhile before processing them in order to charge you a late fee. I mail out my payments usually a week ahead of time, well last month they waited until almost 2 weeks after the due date to process it thus charging me a $32.00 late fee.I called yelled and screamed and threatened to sue them and contact the attorney general.That late fee was wiped clean within 24 hours. Shady b*****ds!!

It is Credit One bank and like others said before me my monthly payment is 20.00 and they call me 2 days before the bill is due and tell me I need to pay my bill...duh! I set up an online account to pay that way. I only did it once as they charge 10.00 to pay on line and 10.00 to pay by phone. They only way they are getting their money is by mail and if it is late they charge me 29.00 late fee. I only owe them 200.00 more and I am done! I hate them and they suck!

I uses to have them but they would call as soon as the bill was due.  It wasn't late, in fact it was a few days before the due date.  I paid it online but that was costing me $7.95 a payment.  I dropped them 6 months ago and they are paid off but they still call.  Now, I answer the line and just put the phone down.  Wasting their time and making them hang up after about 45 seconds to a minute.

Yea this is credit one they're tricky as they are listed as a cell phone number...

It's Credot One back, i'm late $20 dollars on my payment, by like 2 days (i dont get paid til Friday) and they call every 15 minutes but not just from this number, they use numerous numbers to call, like anyone is that stupid not to know.If i wont answer one call do you think i'd answer another? When you do talk to them, they're rude and ignorant and basically threatening. I filed a complaint as well with the FTC, i suggest everyone does.They've been investigated and sued numerous times before, and had to change their name to Credit One, they use to be known as The First Bank Of Marin.

This caller keeps calling my phone. When I answer it, no one says anything. When I try to call the number back, then I get a recording sayin, "The number or code you have dial is incorrect."

This is Credit One Bank collections departmenmt in San Antonio Tx. The person I talked to was a nasty, hateful, rude person and I reported them to the FTC. They were threatening and asked personal questions about finances that did not pertain to anything to do w/ this account. I urge anyone who feels they have been wronged by these people to file a complaint.

calls just keep coming and the money stays out of their reach ... credit one bank is tricky - not savy though, they're out classed by all other crefitors and if they had a soul - it'd be damned to hell
