Caller ID says Detra L. Whitfield. No message left, called back and got a disconnected message. I have been getting calls from Citicard, even though I don't have one, but those have been coming from another number. Could be connected.

I received a call from this number. Did not recognize it, but strangely my trac phone gave me the option of accepting or rejecting the call. That never happened before.

I called the number and it is Chase Card account services. No message left. When I did answer the phone, they did not leave a message

No message. Reverse search on white pages actually gives a person and that it is a land line. I do not know this person. Thought I would check here to see if she is calling anyone else.

They never leave me a messaged. Returned the call and it's Chase Card Services. I informed the representative they I don't have a Chase Card - never did. Why were they calling me? I wanted to know if the account that had my telephone number was also under my name - did someone steal my identity. The representative responded that it was under a different name - however, I had yet to tell her my name. I assume she had caller ID.
The Representative went on to state that someone used my personal cell phone number as a 'work' number when they applied for the card.
You would think banks would confirm the validity of the applicants numbers on their credit application as part of the 'approval' process before giving such people credit.
Something is not right here.
And It never is...when it comes to banks.

received call on cell called back and it said chase card services enter your complete card number....I do not think so! chase is NOT out of San Antonio TX
