it was around 9:30 in the morning and i recieved a phone call from this number. usually for numbers i dont know i dont talk or say hello to force them to say hello to see if i hear a familiar voice. but they didnt answer then hung up. and repeated this again. then i tried to call back and heard you have reached a non working number please hang up and try again........s4. i dont know how a number can just call you and you cant call them back
