this is really annoying of somebody calls 10 times.

it's noon, the number keeps calling me and calling me.

The caller ID information was:  8882945658

calling that number got me to the "misdirected fax hotline" which told me to leave a message, but the recording just keeps hanging up on me.

called my cell phone at 9 in the morning about 6 or 7 times, it is from a fax number.....very annoying, wish we could find this person or company so we could complain, i looked it up on the net, and it said it could be a possible collection agency.

Receiving repeat calls from this number today. Displays as Bank of America LAX2. I am not their customer. I sent a fax back to request they cease all faxes, calls, etc or I will report their violation. My number is listed with the Do-Not-Call Registry.

I also got 5 phone calls from this number in a row. I am working a refi with BOA, and given that they are the #1 mortgagee right now, they have wayyyy too many customers, and get my info mixed up all the time as well. I called 1-888-294-5658 and an automated answering machines says that the fax will make 5 attempts. And to leave your number if the problem persists. This is as of feb 18, 2010.

Idiot is faxing my cell phone.  Is there anything I can do?

Fax machine noises- no answering person. Called bank of america, of course they said I have to go to a banking center to talk to a manager there.  Annoying! They have horrible customer service! Why in the world do I have to go down there?

Got 5 calls in the span of a half-hour earlier today.  Odd thing is that this number showed in the # part of the CID, but instead of a name I got another phone number that seems to be a problem.  Listed below.

multiple calls in one day, hear a periodic beep (fax machine)

Borders harassment.  5 calls within the past 15 minutes.  It comes in cycles, every 2 weeks or so.

No idea who they are, but they keep trying to fax something.  Others have said it is BOA, and I do remember searching for mortgage information and providing this number when I was looking at BOA's rates.  Big mistake!

This number called me today.  There was no sound or anything, and I tried to call it back and my phone hung up on me.  Wouldn't a fax machine make some sort of noise?

I just cut the pages out of a magazine and faxed them the magazine....

It is indeed Bank of America...............

Well as of 02/20/2008 this number is still calling on fax machines.
