These calls originate from another country.  The US government has no control over them.

Your complaints to the FTC Do Not Call Center are a waste of time.

The only way to stop them is to waste their time by making believe that you are interested in their service.

I don't think that contact info is for the same company. The scam caller uses the name Card Services to make you think they are connected with a legitimate company.

Card Services robocalled again today. They usually say press one now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates. The message got cut off and all I heard was so press one now to take advantage of this today. They call many times per day all day long and they use lots of different phone numbers. This time they called from 213-375-0008. They've called hundreds if not thousands of times.

Called a few minutes ago.  Won't answer "card services" at any time.  This is the first time it has shown up as this particular number, but anything that says card services, won't be answered here.  No message left.

Illegall Robo Call stating it was my SECOND & final notice to lower my credit card interest & payments.
Reporting illegal call about that & I'm on the do not call as another illegal report against them.  
Caller ID wouldn't ID the caller nor did the caller.

Have received this call too many times to count. Have reported them but to no avail. Now have them blocked on my phone but I'm sure they will use another one soon.  My own blocked phone numbers are full and I now can't add any more. Wish there was some way to stop all of this nonsense.

They are still at it.  I pressed 1 to get a live person.  I demanded to know who was calling me and how I could get them to stop calling.  She hung up on me....

I just now wrote to the Better Business Bureau to see if anything can be done about this type of caller.  I will post again if I get any results that help.

Received call today from 213-375-0008 saying "This is the last call to lower your credit card rates...".  I pushed "1" to speak with someone.  Soon as I told him I wanted on the Do Not Call list and that I don't have any credit cards, he hung up on me!!!  What is wrong with this place and HOW DO I STOP IT????  Got one the day before from 718-416-6103 saying the EXACT same thing!!

Just called our house -- said it was a very important message about our credit card account -- there is no problem but to take advantage of lower interest rate...     Funny thing -- we don't have any credit cards.  We closed the one we had 10 years ago because we never used it and they thought we should pay a fee.

These people keep changing their phone number and there is absolutly nothing you can do.  I am on do-not-call lists and have filed with the FTC.  Again there is NOTHING you can do to stop the calls.  I now use laden profanity   UGH !

"CREDIT CARD SERVICES: THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR CREDIT RIGHT NOW...."  As others have mentioned, these people call almost every week.  I am on the "do not call list" but does little good - someone ask Obama to enforce this do not call rule please

Call received at 5:06 PM and indicated last chance to get a stimulus benefit on credit card

I waited on hold until a representative came to the phone.  When I began to complain about their endless calls, the representative hung up on me.   I called back and was told I could be put on the do not call list.  I did so.  We'll see how long that lasts.

Just got a call from CARD SERVICES  1-213-375-0008,  Please stop these people.  All they do is just call back with a different number

Received a call from Card Services and when I asked who I was speaking to, they hung up. I have been playing a game with them. I try and see how much of their time I can waste. I give them false information, such as name, address and bogus credit card numbers, etc...

My best time so far is 4 minutes 20 seconds.

Can anyone top that?

I just received call from 213-375-0008 re: credit card.  automatic voice.  When I talked to a live person they made it sound like they were a rep. for my card company.  After a minute or so I realized they weren't since they could tell me nothing about why they were calling me.  They just wanted to know if I had 10,000 or more in debt so O'bams phone help scheme could help me.  

Hope people don't fall for this one and give any information out.

This is a nuisance call (as most are from that foreign country) and in violation of the Do Not Call list.

I got a call frrom Card Services #715-416-6103.  They keep calling back but with a different numbers.  Please do something.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST

These people need to be put out of business.  Have received over 50 calls from this company in the last six months.  I have reported them to the FTC until I am blue in the face.  Blocking their number does no good as they just keep calling back on different numbers.  It's a shame that people have to put up with this crap.

This # displayed with "Card Services" on my caller ID.   It was the pre-recorded message from "rachel from card services ...no problem with accounts... but it is my final notice to lower my interest rates".  If only it was actually the 'final notice' .... I've received at least a dozen calls from as many different numbers, with the same recording, same voice, same everything.  I've started reporting every one of them to the FTC/FCC.  It's a scam, phishing, spoofing and illegal.  Yes, my number is on the Do Not Call list and has bee for years.
Oh by the way, the last call I got was from 905-000-0000 (which is an area code for Ontario, CANADA, and it displayed "name not found".
