Want something to do with calls made to the Phillipines.

I get calls from 213-888-1111, it's a long distance and/or phone card company from Monterey Park, California. I think the name is HelloCom. It's a scam to me. I'm on the DNC list yet they still call.

I also get calls from this # and they are so frustrating.  I do recall them sounding philipino

The are absolutely a phone company from the Phillipines.  They've been pestering  me for the past 2 years, always asking for someone else.  They refuse to stop calling after several attempts and will not leave me alone.
Prior to today they were only listed with an "Unavailable" number, today was the first time I got this "213" listing on the caller ID.

Call for/from phillipines. Unable to understand person calling. Call came in at 11:00 PM. 8:PM west coast time

I leave here in L.A. this no. just called me the agent told me that she's my relative from the philippines and she asked me where my surname came from then  hung her up then got a voice mail withm annoying and cursing messages, telling me im roude etc.
caller surname is Apusen too.

I am in New Jersey and I received a call from this number too....

i just got a phone call from this people and they're really annoying. i just file a complaint.

I got one last night but I didnt answer and they left a voice message all I could understand was hello like 3 times then I could hear people talking and the busy signal and other phone signals in the background.  also when I called back it said the number you have dialed is not available or has been disconnected.

They call at all hours. They ask for "Art". I tell them to not call again they still do. I told them I would report them and they still called with a different number. Now when they call I say hello and they hang up. They also call under "Restricted"
One time a friend of mine pretended to be Art. They tried to get us to call a number. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER!!!

I have several phone calls from this number. The caller sounds like an older female with foreign accent.

Which company is this and when do I start collecting that $10K for violating the Do Not Call list!  I've had about 10 calls from these people.

I inquired from AT&T my cell phone provider but they could not do a thing to protect me. They will befriend you trying to sell a phone card. They ask personal questions but must fake out info. Do not give correct info, names of your friends etc.  On your cell phone save the number 213-888-1111 then name it JUNK CALL or IGNORE CALL. Once they ring your cell number, you can readily see it's those gremlins calling from Philippines. Just do not answer. It's annoying such that I have to change my number more often just to get rid of them. They have no concept of privacy. Well what do you expect for a country Philippines to respect privacy whereas they do mot also respect copyright laws.

I got a call from these morons today as well...the girl had horrendous English and I thought it was some mail order bride company or something.  She was hitting on me pretty hard and told me that "my age was sexy".  She said that she was calling from the Phillipines but I'm not believing that.  It was at least entertaining.

I kept getting calls from this number but since I don't know anyone with this number, I didn't pick it up.  So I did a search on the net since it's on the verge of irritating already. So lo and behold..A lot of people are being called like me.  And yes, I am also on the Do Not Call List.  I guess when you call Long Distance to the Philippines, it captures your number and sends it to a database for telemarketers selling phone cards.  I tried calling back the number to check but it's a number that has been disconnected...Hmm...what do you think we should do now?

i keep getting calls from this number, my mistake i answered one day and said i would just call them back if i decided to get their phone card to call the philippines. but now they constantly call, i don't answer, they never leave any messages. they call at odd hours of the night too. i just wish they would stop!

I believe it's a Filipino long distance company.  They're trying to get you to sign up for a "discounted" phone service for international calls to the Philippines.  I've received calls from a bunch of them.

This number calls every single day, usually at dinnertime.  I want them to stop but they will not.

I swear these people have been calling my cell phone for the past 2 years.  It's some kind of long distance company in the Phillipines asking you to sign up for long distance service.
I tried to be nice to the for a long time, asking to be taken off the list, saying this number is on the "do not call" list, etc.  Then I asked for a supervisor and tried that route.
Finally I'm at the point where I'm just screaming at them when they call.  For the longest time they were only listed as "Unavailable" when they called, today was the first time I got this number.  

They need to be stopped and my phone service has been zero help in blocking the calls.  I'm at the end of my rope with these people.

I just got one on my corporate work cell...What the heck..Isnt that illegal or something to try to call people's cell phones and try to sell you stuff? They left me a message, but all I heard was some elevator type music...kept cutting on/off...but no one said a word.

I think they call to ask if you want to purchase a long distance calling card for the philippines.

I keep getting these calls, too! It's usually a guy on the other end who is speaking in some wacky accent. He says, repeatedly, "Do you call long distance?" They seem to have called my home phone, which give my cell number on the answering machine. Now they call me in both places. Argh!

By the way 213 is Los Angeles. CA.

I keep getting calls from this person and i have answered it 3 times out of the countless calls... I answer and it changes sometimes theres a guy and another time theres a girl but they speak crappy english and i can't understand what they are saying wtf area code is 213 anyways?

This spam better not be from David's bridal crap again...annoying!
