That makes since I had called them about my Lumia 920 and they said they would callback 2-3 business days

I got this call and thought it was a spam call.  But it's frm nokia customer service regading my case  with them.
It's possible some companies are spoofing these numbers randomly.

Call to office from this number - could not understand the guy but did get that he wanted confirmation of our co. name and address which I would not give.  I asked where he was calling from and could not understand that answer even after asking him to repeat it.  He gave me some goobledegook about doing something for our company but I just said remove us from your call list and hung up.

Just to share an important bit of information that might have been overlooked.

This number is an OUTGOING SKYPE line.

I get people occasionally calling me using Skype, and at first didn't realize this number and checked this page, then got a voicemail that confirmed it was a Skype call.

So, it could be anybody calling from Skype, not necessarily the same person each time and for everybody.

The number belongs to NOKIA company. They are calling me as a costumer service now

Got the same call today as well as a fax machine answering when called back

This number is used by NOKIA, they keep calling me from this no. to fix a problem, actually they are calling from the Phillippines call center and they never have any answers, never do any research, and are never able to help, often do not leave messages, and when they do leave messages they are garbled.

this number has been calling my mother says she owes them money for some product she never ordered. they are going by the name of personal concepts.  i told them that we were not dealing with them because we had heard that they were a scam and they jumped to tell me that we had an over due balance and that they only wanted the money but wouldnt listen to me when i told them that we didnt owe them any money. i tried to call the number back but there was a woman on the line that said the number was not a working number.

when I answer there is no one on the other end.  They have not left a message.

This number is assigned to a VOIP gateway to the POTS phone system, so you cannot trace back to the original caller unless you have a legal reason to do so, and can get a subpoena to the company to identify the source of the call.

In short: numerous digital voice systems, including Skype and some digital PBX systems use that company to call regular phone numbers, and this number is just one from the trunk line that gets assigned to an outgoing call, so you can't call it back (similar to a company with outgoing lines).

Best you could do is to block it.

I had to laugh I dont answer my fone if I dont reconize the number so it gets forwarded to the house number where my housemate has this very annoying message but makes the caller think he cant hear them haha she ended up calling back and realizing it was a machine but she hello hello 7 or 8 times I dont know anyone from this area or this number so why would I answer the fone ... I went to the link given a few comments down but it is not up and running anymore

these people keep calling me n i want them to stop i dont no them or why they r calling.

Just started getting calls from this # this afternoon and already have gotten 3 and it's not even 2:30 yet.  You bet I''ve already written down that complaint email addy and reporting them as soon as  I can.  This is ridiculous.  But may have a way beyond that to get them to quit calling.  If you've ever heard of the "screaming meanie" you'll know what I'm talking about.  Hair-raising alarm to wake truckers up.  It's soooooo loud Ive seen some on ebay by people that get the *&%$ scared out of them when it goes off.  Anyway, that's going off the next time they call.  Hope they go deaf.   A rape whistle might work too.

This number calls several times per day.  I am unsure of how they got my number.

Calls about everyday but I am always at work when I get the call and no message is ever left. I try to call back but get a fax machine/computer noise.

I did some sleuthing (as I have friends in low places LOL) and found it this number belongs to someone named    Marvin Wright

He also has four additonal addresses in San Diego.
What I don't understand is if no one talks, and no message is left...what the hell is Crazy Marvin accomplishing with these calls????

They call and hang up using several different numbers.

I get a call from this number everyday, and never get an answer.  When I call back I get a fax machine.  These people are friggin agravating!  Thank god I have free incoming calls.

I received 5 calls this AM from this number. It appears to be a fax number when I call back.  How do I stop this harassment?

If this : 1308 Rosemon Ave, Carrollton, TX 75006 is the address of this crank caller, it looks like a trashy place.  Check it out on Google.. the grass needs watering!

How did they get my number?  They call day and night.  Very annoying!

This number keeps calling my cell phone, numerous times an hour on a daily basis, they do not leave a message. My cell phone number is on the national do not call list, this is totally boring, it's been going on for over a week. I do not have a cell phone with me at all times for these people to abuse it by constantly calling. I do not know what they want, nor do I care. I just want them to stop calling me.

I called the customer service number, 877-774-4100 for Texlink and complained.The customer service agent said Texlink will contact the company associated with 214-446-9820 and have my name removed from their call list.

Don't know but they have called twice already within a 30 min time span.
