It's a distorted voice with a profane message. Reverse lookup says it is Grand Prairie, Texas, but their identity is unknown.

i keep getting a call from this number 214-846-4351. when answered, it's a freaky muffled voice with vulgar language. it says you can leave a voicemail, but then it says voicmail full. I want these people found, i dont pay for calls like this. The cops have been notified and reported.

This number calls and fails to leave message. However, when return dialed....Lord knows what virulence you may hear. Never a direct answer...ONLY voicemail. Who owns this number and WHY are they calling mine?
