Freaking calls and hangs up as soon as i answer getting really pissed off! Stop calling

I received two calls from the number 215-229-2851. When I call back, I hear a voice recording that this number is not in service. Please stop calling.

Just got a call from this number but no voicemail from them. Anyone know who this number is from??

I dunno who the hell this number belongs to, but they just called me. I called back to see who it was and why they called and it says "the number you are trying to reach is no longer in service". WTF--really dude?

Called 3 times today and a few times yesterday. I answered it and a man just kept saying hello and then hung up.

Keeps calling numerous times a day. Will not leave message. When I called number back it just kept ringing. Tired of this.

I just received my 4th call of today from this number 4 minutes ago. I waited until my phone stopped ringing to call them back. BUT, when I called the number back...a recording came on saying, "the number you've dialed is not in service." I wish whomever it is....STOP CALLING MY PHONE!!!

Who does this number belong to and how do we get them to STOP!
