This is actually the number that calls from a Vanguard Group are routed through. If you have a friend or family-member who works at Vanguard, and they try to reach you from their office (either in Valley Forge, PA, Charlotte, NS, or Phoenix, AZ), this is one of the many numbers their calls can be routed through. Also, some non-automated account alerts can come through these numbers. I wouldn't ignore these calls if I had an account with Vanguard.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell, when I call back, I get a busy signal.  They do not leave a message.
