Someone named "Michelle" keeps calling my MOTHER asking for information about me. Saying i should know who she is, and that it's a business matter.

Very creepy. I know of no one named Michelle.

Called about medical bills. I already paid a bill, yet, the payment was not recorded. They were very nice and helped me resolve the error. If they had not called, I would have gone into collections for a bill that I paid over a year ago.Apparently at big hospitals, this happens a lot.

They just called me 9x one right after another. I didn't recognize the phone number so I let it go to voice mail. They didn't leave a message. They called again,  I sent it to voice mail. It looked like they left a message but all I heard was stupid bi@@@. This went on until the 9 th time and the number looked like it might be from a local hospitals so I thought maybe it was an emergency. I answered then got this rude lady who gave out way too much of my personal information including my social security number and she didn't even know if she was taking to the correct person. Who does that! !!! Just because the hospital double bills me and I'm behind doesn't give these people the right to give out my personal information. I see my doctor at the hospital every other week. I pay a high copay each time then just for sitting in a chair the hospital bills my insurance and my portion is $175 each time. This is life or death kind of appointments so it's important that I go. My doctor is upset at that as well. Well I can't keep up with that right now. If they stop moving my account around it would be easier to pay. I'm still and have been paying the hospital even after they sold my debt to this rude place that judges me and tells me I shouldn't incur debt I cannot pay. UGH

This number calls me about once a month. Once when I accidentally answered I got threats and rude attitude. i know I have medical bills that I have not paid but I do what I can. This company does not make it easy on the customer and they have no empathy at all. I despise this company and all that they stand for. I was a patient at University Hospital in Cleveland and I really with they would another collection company.

Called me a month ago and then again today.  I don't answer unknown numbers and they didn't leave a voicemail.  I got nervous I had an outstanding medical bill I didn't realize wasn't paid so I called them back.  Representative looked up the number they called me at and said who they were looking for.  Was someone I've never heard of and she said "ok" very politely when I told her that.  We'll see if they call back.

Idk who, but it is a  debt collector, they called twice in a 2 hour span, the second time I answered because if your call me twice I think it's important. the lady starts talking and keeps talking, but i was at work, and don't have time to take care of one of my many debts. so I told her I'm sorry but I'm at work, and then tried to say can you call me at a later time, no the bi*** gets loud and with an attitude say, then why'd you pick up? so I said well you called twice so I had to check to make sure nothing was wrong, and she starts raising her voice and  says I DID NOT CALL YOU TWICE! and i said, no I'm pretty sure you called twice, and then shes arguing with me, I'm like whatever, and then she said well if I was your friend you'd keep talking, and I was like NO! And hung up. If any of my friends or even parents called me I wouldn't answer unless they called twice or text me that it's important. This lady doesn't know me! I wasn't going to be talked to like that, specially by someone trying to take my money. Should I call and complain?

well i got a call today and they asked me for my name i told them my first real name and my last fake name and then she said i got it right here u own 108.000 im like for wat she told me if i did not pay back there where going to damage my credit so i told her really because im a minor she told me well idk so i told here k if i own wat my date of birth and she told me she could told answer that  so i told her u a lier because that not even my name it wired because my mom got a call from the same area code saying that she own a lone and if it was not payed for then she was going to go to jailllll pepole are scaamersssssssssssssss

These are medical debt collectors. They are very rude when you talk to them! Claim that they have sent me multiple letters an I haven't received one! They don't even know what they are talking about when you try to get information! I called back to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me!

They are a medical bill collections agency.  If you owe them money the best way to get them to stop calling them is to pay...something!  My daughter has racked up over $500K in charges and the hospital has incorrectly billed our insurances for over half of it...so we don't really know what we owe.  These guys have been very understanding of the situation...but you have to talk to them!

I want them to stop harrassing me I know I owe money for a medical bill when I am able to pay I will times are hard for me right now  barely making it now.

The collection agency continues to call me stating that they need to talk to someone in my household. I do not know who that someone is and neither did they . I told them I am on DNC list and requested they take my number off their calling list.  In the past month I have received over a dozen calls from them with rude and nasty people always calling during lunch or dinner. I have complained to several people and have gotten no results....

Shut up!! obviously you're an employee!!! These ppl are rude and you're one of them.....gtfoh

got several missed calls from this number in one day....when i called them back they said i owed on a previous medical bill.  I'm sure the bill is valid and I just haven't paid it yet.  I repeatedly asked for some type of correspondence from them that included the reporting company, amount I owe and an address where payment can be sent.  The woman that called was incredibly rude the entire time on the phone and seemed put off by my request for proof of debt.  She said they sent me letters and I told her they were never received.  She told me I was lying and said that I could be sure the next letter I get from them would be from their legal department.  She was unprofessional the entire time on the phone and ended the call by screaming at me and hanging up.

Very nice colllection agency. Very helpful with my situation.

Someone called my cell, wouldn't give name or return call info.  I called the number back and it was for FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT.  I don't know who they are or why they called.  I do not have an account with them.
