I received a call from 216-584-4670, even my number is registered for "No Call". How come they still call me?

Very rude call asking to speak to the owner without answering any questions as to why or exactly who they are before abruptly hanging up. If this is telemarketing then it is the worst way to try to earn business.

Very ignorant person asking for the owner of the business wouldn't tell me why they wanted to speak with the owner ( I'm the owner) obviously a solicitation call
