The man answering to the name of Frank Wilson, pretended to be an investigator of a loan company. He said I had to pay a current outstanding loan in order to have a loan from their company released. I paid the loan which was to be paid by them. I did not get the loan. I lost money with this scammer. I reported the case to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
