Listed as Winn, Ryan on caller id.  Beats me...

This is a number that was issued by WOW Cable and Internet of Michigan. The number is issued in WOW areas of Oakland County, Michigan. These area's include Troy, Royal Oak, Berkley,Hazel park, Madison Heights, Ferndale and Southfield. Contact WOW or report the problem to the MPSC. There is a form on the web site under Michigan.gov.

:All week we've received calls from either Ryan Winn or a Michigan phone number.  When you answer it there's no one on the other end, when you call back it disconnects.  On one occassion I did get a voice mail.  I received a call at 9:15p.m. this is very irritating.  How do you put an end to this????

winn ryan has called five times in the past two days, three times today so far.  when I answer, there is nobody there.

Just got a voice that said  it was Midwest Research.  This number has appeared so many times on my caller id that I told them to take my name off their list and do not call again.  The voice said that they would do that. I do  not answer their questions.

I've received 3 calls today.  We have the same thing happening...  No one is there and it disconnects after I say hello a few times, and I cannot call back either.  Caller ID always says Ryan Winn and the phone number is (248)629-9999.

repeatedly called by "Ryan Winn"...also by "Detroit Lake, MN"...same results-no one on other side.  I think these are simply harassing calls affiliated with NCO financial debt collectors.  They are trying to collect on a fraudulant account from us.  Obviously we are refusing, so they are bugging us with many different numbers...

I keep getting calls and when I answer, nobody is there, and eventually disconnects.

I am getting repeated calls from Ryan Winn at 248-629-9999 as well.

(248)629-9999 called and hung up before I could answer.  They are probably telemarketers.  I Star 69'd the call.

I didn't answer it since I don't know anyone in Royal Oak, MI

says 'michigan' on my caller id & no one is there when i answer.  when i call the # back it goes straight to a voicemail (or rings forever & THEN goes to VM).  reverse lookup just lists an unpublished landline.

Got a call from Winn Ryan at 248-629-9999. Said "hello" and there was no answer, then heard a weird noise from the other end, said "hello" again and heard myself echo back.

I just got a call from winn ryan at 248-629-9999 and keep getting calls from detroit lake, mn at 218-847-9999...no one ever says anything...just dead air, then they hang up...I called the phone company and they said that the national do not call list reset and I needed to put my number on the do not call list again. for anyone who needs it, it is...1-888-382-1222 you have to call from the number you want to register. Dunno how well its gonna work tho...since its not active until 31 days from now! Or how true that info is from the phone company.

I am getting these calls constant over the last several weeks from Ryan Winn  248-629-9999, as well as from Detroit Lake, MN  218-847-9999, and it is the same deal... I answer, and no one says a thing. Then a hang up... Could we all have something in common, perhaps a close loved one in the United States Services? I have a son in USMC, and this could be a breaching of some sort...

I spoke with my phone company, who said they could do nothing, except give ME a new phone number free of charge.  Since it's not a local call, it cannot be blocked either.  I just want it to stop.

Numerous calls from this number....no one answers...manually dialed number and recd. disconnected recording.     Now getting calls from 248.629.9999.

So agrivating!  "IT" called three times today---I finally picked up--NO ONE was there!  What can we do about this???

I have gotten calls from this number 248-629-9999 from Winn, Ryan, for the past 2 weeks (Todays date: 8/16/2009).  Nobody is ever available, Nobody talks.  I want it to stop.  I will have to talk with my phone company and my attorney!!!

Just before 9 p.m. tonight for the first time.  No message.

got a call from this number and caller ID said ryan winn.  Did not speak immediately so we hung up.  First night for this.

did a reverse look-up. id as "Margueri (correct spelling ) Bradshaw of Pontiac Michigan

same. called past 3 nights, same time around now (pm). caller id is ryan winn , never speaks

I do too- on the caller ID it say's Ryan Winn... ??? I'm never home when they call
