What do you do if they are looking for a relative but you have no idea where that relative is?  I've said that to them and they still will not remove my number from their system.  Isn't that some kind of harassment, to keep bugging someone who is not the debtor and who doesn't know where the debtor is?  I guess they think that eventually I might know where the debtor is located and that's why they keep calling.  Very annoying.

Just got a call, asking for my wife.  I asked who it was calling, and she said Molly.  When I said we do not know a Molly, she said " are you *******  (wife's name)?  I said uh yeah sure and then I hung up.  Tell me who you are with and what your business is with us before I even talk with you.

- This is true. However, do not confuse not calling with not attempting to collect. Our agency routinely files suit against estates and for liens against real/personal property. It sounds to me like you are electing to be sued instead of workiong out a more amicable solution.

Next time, try this: pay the debts you owe.

They are a collection agency. When you say "I don't have what they are looking for," do you mean money to pay the debt?

I would also like Armstrong and Associates to stop calling from 2514340644. This number rings my phone several times a day even wkends!! I am going to report them for harrassment!!! I do not not have an income; my husband has no job and i have to live with other family just to survive with my 2 children so i would greatly appreciate it if they would stop trying to get money of me when there is none!!!! This is my complaint and i hope someone will take it seriously. This is a cell phone not a home line.

These ppl called me asking my name address social & don!  Since they asked for my maiden name I knew it was some sort of telemarketing scam. I told them they had the wrong # as I haven't used my maiden name in decades! After repeated.calls from them I firmly & politely asked them to stop calling as no such person is here. They then asked me my name don social.& address. I said it is none of your business and to stop calling me because we are not interested in whatever they are selling. Rude man Hung up in my face mid sentence. Don't give these ppl any personally identifiable info. They probably will do identity theft. Be cautious in dealing with anyone who calls text or emails you requesting your info!

They did the same to me. And also wanted my minor child's name social and date of birth.  THIS IS SOME SORT OF SCAM. NEVER EVER GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. THEY CLAIMED TO BE CALLING FROM THE USA GOVERNMENT. LIARS! I WAS BORN IN THE MORNING LOL BUT NOT THIS MORNING!

I started receiving calls from these people about a month ago on my answering machine the message was ' this is us gov calling concernimg your students records please return this urgent call' haha! I finally answered the other day n again they stated they were calling from the government and 'what is your DS# & date of birth' I replied YOU CALLED ME YOU SHOULD HAVE THAT INFO IN YOUR COMPUTER...The woman then asked me for my minor child name, don n DS#!  I told her I refuse to give any personally identifiable info. She then stated that some student gave my name & # as a reference for student loan. I told her NEVER to call my # again, but alas they call every day n I just ignore.  Annoying Yes a scam Yes! I tried calling back early this +morning but couldn't understand the woman who answered I asked her what is the business name & she Hung up on me! I just tried calling again and the message stated "all associates are busy please hold on". Reading other peoples comments I hope they don't call my elderly relatives who would give them my name address and any other info they might know about me!

Called back and was on forever hold?! These need to be reported as UNWANTED TEL MKG A SCAM!
Caller ID came up "TARGETED TECH"- who are these people to make it sound like URGENT OFFICAL BUSINESS! Someone needs to put a stop to these calls from 1-251-434-0644..My Daughter said this lady wanted her name and where I worked before I could even return the call!~!

I received a call from this number twice today, but no message was left. I live in Birmingham, AL and have not been to a hospital in years. I have no idea why Baptist hospitals would use a local number from Mobile to try to collect. Very strange. I may need to block this number.

I receive a call every morning from these idiots around 8am-8pm. they are my alarm clock. I dont answer or hang up. Get in line with the rest of the debtor collectors.

That's funny.  The calls come in from 251 434-0644 but a number is left with an 800 number to call back.  I talked to my husband he we agreed that if anyone else calls for him or me, we tell them that he or she has recently passed away.  They start apologizing and hang up.  After about the third call like this, they do not call again.  This works better when they call your home number.  Just saying.  Horrible way to stop these calls.

thanks for these reports on this phone number. they call my cell phone daily and I don't take the call.  I have been in a baptist hospital but my bills come to me from there. If they are selling my info to a third party they need to inform me of it and not give my info out to anyone without my permission.

Well, I got the call and there was nothing but silence.... I'm not gonna whine but due to the unemployment statistics and me being the only, for the moment, employed person in my house its seems difficult to pay my bills.   I have to make sure there is a roof, lights, water, gas, food, car to get to work, and gas ot put in the car.   I missed government assistance by $100 and don't qualify for any other help, even though I pay taxes to support weasels...  So as I was always told you can't get blood out of a turnip.... stand in line for payment... and if you want someone to blame for you not collecting... Call DC and ask the overpaid government to decrease in pay and body and get America to work....

Wish these people would update there records. I tell them the person they are looking for does not live here, however they insist on calling back. Always a different person. Don't they kow how to delete a number or add a comment to the file stating person does not live here, do not call.

I live in Church Point, La. I am receiving calls from this number daily, it is a prerecorded script from a debt collection company. I have called them back many times and told the lady who answers phone that we don't know who she is looking for. My wife and I are sick and my daughter from NC is here to assist us. She answered the phone today and called back and advised them that if they called  back that my wife and I will get a lawyer and sue them for harassing phone calls.  Please assist us in getting these phones calls stopped.
