Called FCC about this number.

They said they are most likely using "SPOOFING" (making a false number appear on called ID) and if you receive a call from them you should hang up immediately. They warned if you mess with them then could program there program to use your phone number to come up on caller ID when they make these calls.
They also stated that this is a scam and they are most likely operating outside the country.

I think we should let Jeff off the hook I highly doubt he has anything to do with it.

This is what comes up in looking for your company:  5/10/2012.  I get calls from 253-246-8515.  You may want to stop this practice or correct the information that is coming up for you as president pf TelWestNetworkLLC.  I also found the real estate purchase you made and were charged a commission by a realtor not involved in the sale in the Seattle paper and various other pieces on you and your company and the problems it seems to be causing everyone.  Thought I'd pass it on to you and maybe you can fix the problem.

I get two and three calls per day from this number on my cell phone.  I have placed my name along with cell number and land line on the "DO NOT CALL" order.  This has done no good for this particular number.  I am extremely tired of this..
What can I do to prevent these calls in the future?  I have tried answering the phone and saying to whoever might be on the other end, "STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER!".  That has not worked.

Stop calling my cell phone or legal pursuit will occur.

Tom from Home security called my number 7 times last night.  I am on the "NO CALL" registry, and have asked this company to put me on theirs.  What recourse do I have?

Caller ID name is Hellcom. Apparently they're out to prove where they live!

This is a fraudulent caller posing as a credit card company offering to reduce your credit card interest rate. When you call them, they pose as the National Do Not Call Registry. I've received several calls over two weeks from this number, all with an automated voice that doesn't let you speak to a real person.

This number has called my cell phone 6 times within the last month.  All hours of the day as early as 9 am and as late as 7 pm.  No message is left and when the call is returned no answer.

why cant they stop calling it bothers me

This number calls my cell every single day, sometimes several times. I have asked them nicely to stop and they still call me on my cell, when I am at work and home.

I really wish they would stop.!!!!

The Utilities and Transportation Commission regulates telecommunications companies which provide service within the state of Washington. We do not have any authority regarding calls, unwanted or otherwise. If you are listed on the national do not call registry, and still receive calls, you will need to file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC enforces the do not call registry and violators are subject to $11,000 fines per violation. The FCC can be contacted online at www.fcc.gov. Again, the Utilities and Transportation Commission unfortunately cannot be of assistance regarding this issue.

Absolutely harrassment due to mulitple calls soemtimes less than 1 minute apart.
No message on VM - lets VM pickup then hangs on for a few without leaving a message.
Planning to buy a whistle - perhaps that will stop the calls.

I receive calls from this number.  Have tried to get them to stop.  I think they change their number and continue to call.  I have a list of numbers that continue to call about a credit card.  How can we get this stopped????

do not call lists are useless!  I am on the national one and the PA state list (and have been for years).  I have reported various numbers and only once, apx 6 yrs. ago, have I received any response.  It came in a form letter that states thank you and we will investigate.

Received a phone call from Tom at this number asking me about a home security system.  Informed him I was uninterested and received two more hang up calls.  Just received another from Tom and asked him to remove my number and stop calling me.

This number has called me three times in the past 2 hours... how annoying!!!!

I keep getting calls from 253-246-8543 and don't want them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They leave no message..........just a nuisance call.

Received several calls from them - same BS as others have reported.  Some guy trying to sell a home security system.  Told them I was on "do not call" and he said, "I'm very sorry."  Didn't give him a chance to continue, and interrupted him by telling him to do not call again and that I was reporting them to the State Attorney General; then hung up on him.

Got unsolicited call from this "company" and went ahead and pressed 1 to speak with an operator, immediately got hung-up on as soon as I told them to remove me from their marketing list. They had called repeatedly everyday for at least 10 days.

Received 3 calls from this number today.  Answered the last one after reading posts on this website.  Free home security systems.  I told them we rent and he was very pleasant and said thank you for your time, goodbye.  We don't actually rent, but I have had calls like this one before.  Likely they won't be calling back, and no need for me to get angry about it.
