I have a recorded message from Officer Jack Johnson from the Attorney Law of Texas. Saying that they are calling in regards of a civil matter that I need to call them back or I could be arrested in the next 48 hours. They left this number for me to call them back if I wanted to "save my a** from going to jail".

what did say about that number. i had a guy claiming to be officer jack johnson call me sayin there was a warrant out for me on some money i owe.

I just got a call from Jack Johnson from The Texas Attorney Generals Office. Told me that I had an outstanding payday loan from US PAYDAY CASH. I told this Arab man that I had no such loans and wanted to know more about this. I believe that one of these scumbags tactics are for one to threaten you with the possibility of arrest. You know to scare you into submission. Well Jack Johnson no such luck on this end. People, when you get such calls be cool. Don't get freaked out! Try and get as much information as possible. Be patient, be calm and write it all down if possible. Next, make them repeat as much as possible (pisses them off)! Your not going to jail, it's a civil matter. Know the law in your state. Knowledge IS power and mostly power over them. The next step is to report them to the Federal Trade Commission 1-877-382-4357. I know it can be frustrating dealing with these people. The more information the proper authorities have the better. If you know others with such issues encourage them to post it on-line. Together we can make a stand to inform others.

The next time he calls tell him that he's just going to have go ahead and have you arrested then. Tell him that he already has all your money and that you're really pissed because he'd already worn out that goat he sold you.

I have received three calls from different people and three different numbers in the last three days.  You can't understand the first guy to get a name.  The second guy said his name was Shawn or Sean Baker, phone number 512-640-3055 ext. 150.  The third was from Officer Tom Cooper from the Federal Credit Bureau of Investigation.  I talked to the first person and told him I wanted him to send me a letter with the name of the place i owe money and he said he could not do that, he could only give that to my attorney. The number Officer Tom Cooper gave me to call was 779-552-5253.  I am going to call the BBB and the local police department.  These people need to be put in prison and the key thrown away.

Got a call from 254-304-1467. Person identified himself as OFFICER Benny Parkey. Told me that my sister (called her by name) had a warrant for her arrest because she didn't repay a payday loan, and since she put my name as a reference, I also had a warrant.  Asked for information, and was only given a company name US PAYDAY CASH PLATINUM. Also told I had 2 hours to reply or my local Sheriff was coming to take me to jail. I freaked! I contacted the Denton County Sheriff's Office (where he said he was calling from) and was told that there is a SHERIFF Benny Parkey, but not an officer. Now the DCSO is involved.

I just got call from the 254-304-1467 # and the Foreign A**hole said his name was Officer Benny Parkey from the Denton County Sheriff's Dept. What I found out is that Benny Parkey is the Sheriff of Denton County not an officer, and would not have called me. The Foreign A**hole told me that my sister had defaulted on a payday loan and that my name was used as a reference. He also said that there was a warrant for my arrest and that I had 2 hours to call him and either give him $985 to desolve the warrant or half to hold the warrent. I was freaking out! When I called him back to get information about the loan, he wouldn't give me any except a name for the company: US PAYDAY CASH PLATNIUM. There is no such place. BE CAUTIOUS IFYOU GET A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. I called the Denton County Sheriffi's Office and now they are involved.

I am recieving harasement phone calls on my phone as well as work. they are calling my job saying they are the sheriff's office as well as asking co workers names and information.

same thing happening here but the name has changed to 254 304 1467 and says his name is Fredrick Taylor . also when asked to tell me his title he would not until i told him my name . he is a fraud . time to turn him over to FBI

Just got same call from same named person. Also left messages on my home phone that is unlisted. On that call he said he was in NC.  He had the last 4 numbers of my SS#! And said that there was a suit against me and called me by name with the SS# ending in ..... When ytou search the number its a landline in Waco TX. This is beyond the BBB. How can we report to FCC???

I dont know about you guys but i already got a lawyer and started a lawsuit im gonna do something about it not just stay waiting and keep letting this people get away with it

This is funny they called me saying that they had a warrant for my arrest and all that s*** so i took name recorded phone call phone number etc and that is so AGAINST THE LAW to impersonate a police officer and also impersonate a warrant without a judge so took it to the local general attorneys office made police report they assigned 3 detectives on this case and better yet i have the recorded phone call

Called me inciating that he was from the Texas Attorney Generals Office.  He said they were calling me regarding fraud & that my name was going to be put on the black list.

I had to play the message several times before I can figure out what the hell he was saying, but I remember his voice from another number he called from.  I told him the last time to send me some documentation (since I love to have documentation on everything) and he kept stating that a warrant will be issued.  Little did he know I have a wide connection with those type of folks and put in a call.  This is very frustrating when someone like that calls your job and they need to be locked the hell up themselves.

Recieved several calls from this number and person doesn't speak any english and states he is federal agent Tom cooper.

Received call from this number and also 716-656-9630 - both the same - recorded message that I had a check issue - this is all a scam as it is against the law due to the privacy act to leave any message in detail about a debt or check or anything!

MAJOR SCAM, REPORT TO BBB!!!!
