the number is 269-637-5694...not 5696

The company is for extended warranty of your car. They are called Lakeshore Premium Finance who is called by a 3rd party sales group called Gold Key. The 269 # is not working. I have an 877-391-6999 # for the 3rd party I spoke to. The 3rd party is Gold Key and I spoke with Shan (Shawn) Mir at ext 325. I was told they were part of/affiliated with Chapman Dodge. Not so. I called and could not reach Shan but did reach another man. He said he is reversing everything and refund will take 2-3 weeks. It's been almost a month. I called the 877 #. A women said to hold please. I did for 10 minutes before getting disconnected. I called back and left 3 messages with orders to call me back or they will get reported to the AG, BBB, and yes, the FBI for fraud. I still am waiting as we speak for a return call. They mislead and lie to get a sale.
