Left no voicemail.  Tried to call back but the number could not be completed as dialed.

It is some sort of CC debt reduction b***s***. I tried to get thru the recorded message and get to a human but I lost patience. Anyone know how to to way to get your number off the list?  Calling back says your call cannot be completed.

I picked up, and there was a recorded voice on the other side.
It was from CCCS, some credit card debt reduction scheme under New Govt plan.

Keeps calling and never leaves voicemail!!!
