The guys name is Wayne Fruia.  Personally I think he is probably some one trying to scam people.  Since you can google his info and see that his address for his number pops up with a house address and it shows where the location is,  It is a residential building.

This guy called and asked if I had credit card debt.  I told him that I was on the DNC list and to bugger off.  If he or his company calls again they will be mine. I have reported them to the Nation DNC as I am on the list and they should not be calling me.  

I am well off and have nothing they need to collect.

I had the same call tonight!  Rudest man and wouldn't let me speak, kept talking louder and louder over top of me !

This is who called you.  They called us claiming to know about our credit card debt and offering help.  I told them I was reporting them to the Do Not Call registry, which I did.

This person called on a Sat. afternoon (2-16-2013) and claimed to be aware of our credit card debt.  It was unsolicited.  I told them I was reporting them to the "Do Not Call Registry" on which we are listed.  I reported it before sending this message.

I would bet he was arab, not Indian. There is a scam going around with this exceptionally rude crew. They tell you they are from Microsoft and your computer is infected and to prove it they send you in to the dump file for non errors. This is to make you think your computer contacted MS on it's own, like magic! Next they want control of your computer, this is to get your credit card number and "sell" you their fix to a problem that does not exist, basically they turn on the dump feature on the file for a mere 150! They have nothing to do with MS and MS is after them, so says MS and they lie. The most hilarious part was telling this idiot that I was NOT using a Windows product nor an Apple product, this threw him hard. He started getting nasty when I pointed out that my operating system does not allow remote viewing. He started calling me a liar, it is a Google machine, really, Then I had some fun. I asked him his name and he gave me an American name and I laughed out loud, that set him on fire! They want to be us so bad they will pretend and sell their souls to the devil. Then I hung up on this moron and waited about 30 seconds and he was back calling I figured he now was MINE! I gave him another 20 mins of run around thinking he was going to get in, at the last second I typed screw you in the credit card field and disconnected from the net. This led to 5 or 6 really nasty calls I later played back to the feds. Then for even more entertainment, I called the number back and harassed the poor fool answering the phone until he finally blocked my calls. I published their number on a national harass the telemarketers board and have not heard back, until today! I filed complaints with 5 federal agencies and re-opened the case when they called again. Will it help? Probably not, do I feel better, no. Did it need to be done? Hell yes! Warning them has no effect and charges have to be filed where THEY are and that probably isn't in your or my county. They are in Chicago or were. I do understand why you did it, but that was under the first set of DNC rules, they changed which is why we are all writing this board. I to thought he was from India, but Bangladesh is the arab part of the same country, India. He laughed when I called him Indian, but infuriated him by refering to mohammad as an irrelevant bit player in the 6th century, THAT pushed the button!Remember these are lying thieves trying to steal your money and identity. I got a hang up from this number 2/15 AM. It did not allow me to call back, why did it fool my caller ID? I called the phone company and they said it was impossible and they knew nothing, yeah right. It is possible that it is a collection agency looking for my x, like 13 years later. They have no leads so you are it and if they get you instead of a woman or man as the case may be, they hang up and hide behind a phony number, I doubt the phone co is not aware of this abuse. Mine did not list a name, just the number and unknown, since I know no one named unknown, I seldom answer them. It is my phone and I pay the bill, it is high time to get some teeth into the do not call list which is a joke. I get the lower my interest rates call, I have none, at least once every 2 weeks in spite of repeatedly adding my name to their list and to the national list every month. These a**holes pirate your number and then bother you with everything from arab scrotum's trying to sell you antivirus protection to another credit card shill. I want my phone back and am sick of having to go unpublished to keep it down to a minimum, no one legit can find you. Where are the rights of the consumer, why can't I control my own phone? Someone calling from this number just called me and did not leave a msg.  I returned the call almost immediately and an auto-operator said that the number is NOT a working number!  I checked my caller ID to ascertain the accuracy of the number and redialed it again, and again, I got the same message So, how do you figure?
