I just got a call from this number... my caller ID identified the number as "Lane Bryant"... I have  that credit card so I took the call... it was a recorded message saying "this is "Lane Bryant" and we are calling because of an issue with your account... -please hold... So I held the line... then a lady came on line and said she was a Collection company called "ER Solutions" and that they represented another company and they were looking for ____________  to collect an old debt for that other company....I immediately told her that my caller ID as well as the prerecorded message before she came on line identified themselves as being a call from "Lane Bryant"!  She said "oh I am sorry...I heard there was an issue with that last week...and tried to go on with her spill, from the company she was REALLY calling for... (ER SOLUTIONS)...But I interrupted her and  advised her that what this company was doing was FRAUD... and she agreed... tried to say it was a system problem etc etc... I advised her I would not talk to her any further that what they were doing was totally fraudulent, a wrong caller ID maybe... but not a recorded message saying they were someone else to try and keep you on the line until one of their reps could get on the line.... NO WAY!!!!  She stuttered around and I told her that I would not speak to her, answer her questions and I wanted my # removed from their fraudulent system! and I hung up...

I then called the number back.... only to get a recording that said "Were sorry you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service!!!!!   OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from this number this morning, with someone stating that they were a collection agency and asking me to verify the last 4 digits of my ssn in order to get the information. I refused asking them to identify the account and they said they could not until I verified who they were. They said they were ER solutions as well. The woman said she would try another time.

I called back the number and just got a voicemail.

if we call answer and say we have the wrong num ...or give us the chance and verify everything frm the start to finish is being recorded all we need to do is verify if its not u .....we wont call ....just be nice sometimes we do make the mistake of calling wrong num...all u have to do is say wrong num...and if u think ur name is unique try again there are some very common names and we just want to knw we are speacking to the correct debtor ....dont be afraid to answer i repeat dont be afraid to answer ...i treat ppl with respect at all times even if u are cursing at me ....whn u become a bill collector u will see that its very diffrent how we do our joband u will understand

a "ms. stevens" calls, leaving messages ( I don't answer my ph. if I don't know who it is), she leaves a "reference number" I need to call her back with and her extension number and she doesn't disclose the name of the company she is working for.   Totally a Collection Agency.

This is a collection agency that doesn't care if it calls the wrong number.  It also has the number 800.375.3736.  I have told them several times, i'm not the person they are looking for.  They are calling my cell phone for a Diane.  I have had that number for at least 5 years, i know NO Diana.  They promise each time to record that information and stop calling.  Then the phone calls start again.  Does anyone know what to do about them?

They have been calling continuously for someone with the same last name as mine.  Their first message was delivered by a woman with an English accent and today the message changed with fewer options.  In any event, the option that is supposed to tell them that they have the wrong number has no effect and they continue to call.  I am beyond furious by this indept invasion fo my privacy and will do my best to complain about them officially.  So far I have not been able to get through to the 800 number for ER Solutions -- either busy or it hangs up on me.  I'm done wasting my time.!

I don't know about legit.  They just called me this morning asking for my 3 year old daughter.  I cannot imagine that she has much in the way of outstanding collections.

Caller ID indicates "E R Solutions".  The initial recording said they had an important opportunity for [name].  When I confirmed the name, it was a collections call, on a fraudulently-opened account, but they wouldn't provide any info and hung up.

I get calls from this number all the time. So far today I've gotten five calls and on Thursday I got three.I never answer calls unless they're from someone I know so I haven't talked to anyone yet.

I get at least one or more calls from this number everyday. No message, nothing. Personally I'm tired of seeing their number on my ID and having no idea as to what they want.

They keep calling asking for Tommy Hudson. I called from a different number to find out why they are calling me but i just get a recording.

Called the 800 number provided on one of previous posts.  It's a collection agency and it sucks to say that it was legit!

The call is a fraudulent recording making a very important special offer to keep you on the line.  The woman that finally came on the line knew personal information about me, told me she was calling from E.R. Solutions and when I refused to validate the last four of my social without knowing who she was and what the reason for the phone call was, she hung up on me.

They keep calling. Today was (3)times. When I talked to them, (9) months ago, they don't believe me that the person they asked for does not live here. It's like we are lying to them. I just let them call and call, and don't answer any more.

I am getting the same thing.  They ask for a person with the same last name.  They say if there is no one there at that name, press 4 and they will remove my number from their data base.  That was 5 calls ago.  Is there anyplace I can report them to who can stop them or fine them?

Also from 281-529-3150.  Always on cell phone but never leaves a msg. My FICO is 840 so obviously they're looking for someone else HOWEVER, I've had the same cell number since 2001......very annoying.I'm able to block them from leaving a msg as soon as I see the # so it's not costing me used minutes thank heavens.  From postings I've read, this company needs to be avoided at all costs.  Good Luck All!!

This company has recently started to call my cell phone and leaves an automated message for someone other than me.  One of the previous posters noted the company is ER Solutions - they're a collection agency.  Here's they're info again from a previous post.  

I called and and told them remove from the calling list, because the number they have is wrong. We'll see if it actually works.  Also filed a complaint with the FCC.

Calling 2 to 3 times a day almost same time daily.  Person they are asking for does NOT live here. I have indicated that to them many many times. They keep calling. I would like to get this harrassment STOPPED.  How do I do this.  I have a invalid living in my home, and the calls keep coming, it is very difficult for him to answer the phone.

Calling for the last few days on caller id.
I turned off the phone since i work nights and they call during the day.
I called back today and got a leave message thing, looked up number online and found yall.
Called them in 206-332-4500 and they said call houston 1-800-477-5451.
Called Houston number and they are looking Anthony Freeman who i am not and asked them to remove my number.
Debt collector that seems to random call numbers trying to find a person.
Really we need better business practices in America.

1.28.08  I received what (I assume) will be the first of many calls from LANE BRYANT -- or that's how it appears in the Caller ID.  Since I am the only person who answers the phone at the number they are dialing, it will be fairly simple to just never pick up phone calls from them again.  I have my phone set up to not receive calls from UNKNOWN NAME.  LANE BRYANT is a rather innocuous sounding name, so they are obviously engaged in deception.  The advice I follow is from www.LAWHelpMN.org it's worth looking up the free information they provide on that web site regarding your rights under Credit and Debt Collections.  Predatory lending has really gotten out of hand, and they screw over your credit rating anyways, so why make it easy on them?  No one is very distant from a meidcal emergency that can wipe you out....even people who have paid their bills on time for years.  Just watch how quickly they jack up the interest rates to 30% or more if they get the chance.  SCREW EM.
