Scam. Call them back and they prompted me for personal information. It sounded like a call center in the background. Creeps.

281-962-4090 called me and said I need to claim my Google placement or lose it. I spoke with Pat. I said I asked to be removed from the call list. He said they never called before (I get these calls all the time with the same auto-caller message). I asked to speak with the legal department. He said there wasn't one and that there are 10's of thousands of companies like the one he represents that call businesses. I asked how they got my number. He said they scrap the data from the internet.
