Missed 2 calls from this number this morning. A man with a very thick accent left me a message saying he was with Bankers Life and Casualty, an insurance company. He saw my resume online and wanted me to come in for an interview. I Googled it and found this site http://www.cockeyed.com/citizen/bankers/bankers.php which was very helpful. I will not be calling him back.

I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer & Googled the number. Now I know because I found these postings.

I received a call from this number also. The voicemail left was from a CJ with the bank of life. They said they saw my resume on Monster.

Similar story. Guy with thick accent told me he wanted to talk about my resume that I posted online. Said he represented an insurance company that helped seniors or something like that. I interrupted him and told him that wasn't what I posted my resume for. He kept talking until I eventually just had to hang up.
I submitted my resume for a specific position through one of the major career sites...how does someone like this get access to that?
DO NOT ANSWER unless you're about to step into an octagon for a fight and need to get pissed off.

I also posted my resume on careerbuilder. All my info was on my resume. The guy with a thick accent said I should come in for an interview with "Bank of Life" I told him I was not interested.

I also posted on CareerBuilder and received a call from this number. Not legit.

I posted my resume on CareerBuilder.com two days ago. Apparently the caller found my contact info there. He gave me a call around 9:50 AM today (July 6) and asked me for coming in for an interview with "Bank of Life". The caller has a very think accent and I barely understood what he was saying. I told him I was not interested to his company since I was looking for a logistics job, not a bank. He told me I had his number (from caller ID) and I could call him back if change my mind.
This is not a legit call... must be a prank call.

Apparently its a spam. A horrible spam. The call woke me up at 8:30am and told me that he was calling regarding my application to "Bank of Life". Could not recall applying there, but did not want lose it either in case I did. So I said I can't reply right now and I am not in the US right now. He said please check email and I said I will and call back asap. He had a thick accent and said his name was Allen and to call back at 301 357 8802.
I hung up and immediately went to check my email. There wasn't any, so I googled the number and found out that it happened to others as well.
