Re; getting calls from 320-394-9659: You can also call Peerless Network directly at 888-380-2721 to report the number and have them put you on their do not call list.  I also called and reported the number to the Do Not Call number at 888-382-1222.  Hopefully this will stop them.

O.K., everyone, here's the scoop: I just did a search and apparently the company that is continuing to harass us is: Serv Accounting.  This is registered as a land line in Wilmington, Delaware.  The carrier is Peerless Network of Delaware Lic-De.  The county is New Castle.  I am going to file a report with the Delaware Better Business Bureau and anyone else whose attention I can get.  I hope you all will join me!  Let's show these b---s they can't keep doing this!

I too am being harassed by these people!  I have tried everything, including leaving my phone number "after the beep" as their recording says to do (and then there is no beep!!!) and I'm still getting almost daily calls from these people.  If anyone knows how we can stop them (is there a place in Delaware we can report them to?)  I would greatly appreciate it.  I expect a few unsolicited calls from places every now and again; but when it's repeatedly coming from the same number even after numerous attempts to have them stop, that has to be a gross violation of our right to be free from harassment, right???

Receive a call every day although it's my "last chance" says the robo-caller.  If you try
to call the number back, either get recording saying phone is not working, or mail box is full.  Have spoken to people at least  2 times who assured me they were removing me from the "call list" -since
I get calls daily, obviously did not work.  Also, if I ever ask a question, which in any way indicates
I might hae a brain, they hang up on me.  I asked the name of the company when I first got a person,
and they hung up on me - very professional!!  There should be some agency to report this to that has
the ability to do something about it.

I keep receiving calls from these people regarding "my credit card account".  Last week, I pressed 1 to talk to a live representative.  When I asked which one of my credit cards they were calling about, the guy immediately hung up.  

I just received another call and pressed 1 again to speak with the live rep.  I got about two words in before I was hung up on again!  So I called the number back, and there was a recording that said something like, "You have been contacted for telemarketing purposes.  If you'd like to be taken off our list, please enter your ten-digit phone number after the beep."  THERE WAS NEVER A BEEP!!!!!   LMAO.  

This is so annoying that it's almost funny!!  If I wasn't thousands of miles away, I'd seriously be tempted to go over there and start socking random people in the face.  F****RS!!!!  Stop calling me!

Company keeps calling my cell phone about a credit card rate reduction.  This time just hit ignore.  Have tried in the past to call back, but no luck getting an answer.

They called and left no message.  Gawd, the FTC is gonna get so tired of me contacting and filing a complaint with them everytime someone like this calls me.  That's exactly what I do; I head on over to:  www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint.  This is so stupid.

Caller ID says:  ACCOUNTING SERV, Number is 302-394-9659

The caller keeps spoofing his/her number to mislead us to avoid being identified....

Tried to be put on their do not call list.  The recording says to enter your 10 digit number after the beep and they will remove your number in 72 hours.  There is no beep!  It just keeps repeating the same message.

regarding lowering credit card rates....I have none

I have saved all the telemarketer's calls to contact the Attorney General of m state and get their help to sue the owner of this number.

Recording states they are "card services" and "there is nothing wrong with your account" and that I should push 1 to lower my interest rates.  When it connected me to a live person, she hung up on me without telling me the corporate name or maililng address.

I as well got a phone call from this number and if its important in my opinion they would leave a message..: )   If they keep calling report it to DoNotcall.gov and maybe this will help.. : )

I get calls daily from these folks..I don't answer.  Sometimes they leave a msg about lowering interest rates, other times it is some sort of survey...wish they would stop.

I just received a phone call from 302-394-9659 from Delaware (no city).  I've received other calls from "Cardmember Services" about lowering the rates on my credit cards.  When I do answer the call (rarely), I tell them to stop calling me and the calls stop from that number, but then I get them from another state.

I keep recieving calls from this number. I've told the "live" person several times to take me off the list but they keep calling.  I'm two seconds from getting a flight to Delaware and breaking bad on someone.

Called and left message about credit card interest.  Repeated calls from different numbers.

this number keeps calling me. When I picked up the call, it was a machine talking about credit card. Please stop calling me and remove my number in you list.

I have received several calls from this number.  No message for why the call was made.

These people call me everyday.  What an annoying bunch of idiots.
I have started pushing ####### when they call.  
Now they are calling and not answering.  I wish I knew where to report them.

Received this unwanted call today (1/31/2012) from an unknown number

Received call at home and on cell.  At home on Sunday, I pressed #1 and instead of connecting to a person, I was disconnected.

Another 'no one there' call.  When you call back, number is not in service.

Yep, received two calls within a couple of days from this number.  Haven't answered yet but wanted to see if it was on 800 notes - yep, obviously is.
