Harassing phone calls are a crime.  It will take some time but if enough people file a complaint the FCC will respond.  File a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

The people that call me from that number have definite Indian accents.  They call me by name and when I speak to them in Spanish they tell say if I don't reply immediately they will have their lawyer contact me and press charges.  I think I am going to go out and buy a whistle this weekend.  This but holes call me EVERY hour on the HOUR.  Annoying.

It's a spanish automated message saying "Congratulations you have won a prize. Press 1 to claim it."   Pregunta por credit card #. they ask for your credit card #. llamada engañosa, cuidado con las estafas. no responder.

This is what happens when any of us start applying for jobs. Weather it be on Monster.com, Glassdoor, Indeed, or CareerBuilder, our numbers will all get sold to third party people. I have calls coming from states I have never been too and dont know anyone who lives there. its a scam and as soon as you answer the phone, you get charged alot of money. Just ignore the calls. They will stop, eventually......

Also, I have my cell number registered with DoNotCall dot gov and after the call I registered a complaint online. Of course it's a government run website, so I figure I just wasted two minutes of my life filling out that complaint!!!!!!

My cell carrier is T-Mobile and obviously they don't do squat about this sorts of calls either.

THIS NUMBER CALLED MY CELL PHONE  IT  IS A SPANISH SPEAKING PERSON TALKING AND PRE RECORDED A MESSAGE. I DONT SPEAK SPANISH SO WHY AND HOW THEY CALLING ME. I DONT GIVE OUT MY CELL NUMBER IT ONLY FOR WORK.

We need to boycott those companies that don't restrict these numbers...thanks Verizon.

Here is a simple issue. The Major carriers blocks these as they come to be know as horrible or otherwise "bunk" numbers. If they refuse to do so, we need to boycott those  carriers. They have nothing to lose besides customers.

I work for a polling firm in Lansing, MI. I understand annoying calls because I place them (sorry). At least when I annoy someone, they understand why. Ironic as it may be, they call me as work and there is nothing but a vm that goes nowhere.

Electronic harassers and gang stalkers, download spyware to your phone to track your every move. They are also human/child sex traffickers. Channel 11 in Dallas, Texas ran a segment on spyware. Google S Ware.

This company has been using spoofing which is illegal. Caller ID changes from cell phone, FL to a number in my contact list.

I have an app where I can block any number I want, so I blocked it and now whenever they call it auto blocks and I will never know if they called unless I look at my call history.

I got called by this number today and reported it to FTC right away after I found out this number came from Florida which I have no connection with.  Furthermore, the call from this number has bothered numbers of people. It MUST stop!

they called ME.. i answered, there was just a beep and hung up.. i believe that some scammers with unlimited phone calling and a computer program, may be randomly calling numbers.. if you're on the "do not call" registry and YOU call THEM.. then the "do not call" rules no longer apply.. DON'T CALL THEM BACK.. it gives them permission to SPAM YOU, for _ever_.. if it's important, they'll call you back
