A live caller identifying himself as 'Frank'.  When I asked for additional identification he claimed to be with 'National Credit Service'.  Informed him that we were on the DNC list and that he was not to call again he replied that 'Oooohhh, I'm so scared'.  Called this number back just to see if it was actually valid.  An answering machine, with no identifying name, though it does invite those not interested in being contacted further to 'Press 1' to be removed from the calling list.  We have had our number on the Do Not Call list for 8 years.  When will this garbage stop?
