Got a call from this number on my cell phone and land phone at the same time. Both phones were ringing at the same time from 315-282-7789. Don't know how they did that. When I called back the operator said it was a non working number. Can anything be done?

Got a call from 315-282-7789, caller ID showed it was from Henry Ostrander. Upon answering, there were the usual delayed sounds of a telemarketing call before a guy with a heavy Indian accent claimed his name was Sean and he was calling from Medicare about diabetes coverage. Right. Requested to be placed on their "do not call" list. Doubt that will happen.

Answered a call from what caller ID said was one Henry Ostrander at 315-282-7789. I thought it might be a man who works with my husband. Turns out it was a guy with a THICK Indian accent, claiming his name was Sean from Medicare. He further claimed that he was calling about Medicare coverage for diabetes. Since none of that applies to us, I cut him off and asked to be placed on their "do not call" list. I have no confidence it'll happen since he didn't follow up with the usual "if you have questions call 800......" information.  Just one more irritating, outsourced, dishonest telemarketing call.

The lady on the line had a difficult foreign accent to understand and said that my number was selected to win a $100 gift card and has something to do with Wal-mart. When I ask their company name, she say something very quickly like "Vest??? Protection Company?". I ask them to spell it, again she was very unclear and seemed to change the name every time I asked her to repeat the spelling. Also, she mentioned somthing about a shipping/processing fee of something like $2-$3 that I would have to pay to claim my gift card. I did not give her any personal information. The initial caller transferred me to another person (a man) who was also very unclear. At that point, my phone mysteriously went dead. I have been having some issues with my phone suddenly dying lately, so I think I can just blame the battery on that. I have been recieving about one call per day from them for about the last week. I also have been recieving calls from 302-394-9576 within the same time frame. Sometimes someone is there when I answer, and sometimes not.
