help get rid of annoying calls

I also just received a phone call from this number just a few minutes ago, I don't answer numbers I dont know so it went to my voicemail so I contacted my lawyer and going to have them call, I also had a problem from another number two years ago saying the same thing they had called my job saying they were coming to arrest me and like I told the man with the indian accent, so if your coming to my job to arrest me I will make sure I take that day off, this is crazy how people get a hold of people info and try to extort them, how about you extort the rich, I guess it is tax time and they know they will scare someone to pay them sickening..

I continue to gets  call from 315-604-3650. The person has an Asian foreign accent, and he tells me that there is a pending lawsuit against me. He wants me to call him back  and if i don't then he wishes me the best of luck. THis is fraudulent and I will not give them any information whatsoever. They verified the last four of my social but did not have the rest of it.  Get it real. I told him to send me something in writing so I caould have my lawyer look over it, he hung up. Hopefully he will not call back. This happened to a friend of mines last year same time around the time of year people get tax refund. They think people have extra money to share with them .

I got the exact same message 4 times in one day and he even called my job but didn't leave a message.  I think it is from applying for a payday loan on line at one time for myself.  I don't owe anyone so he can say what he wants I'm not afraid of his threats just a bit annoyed.  Maybe I'll ask him where I'm to send this so called debt that I owe.

I received a voice message saying it was very important that I return his call as I have a lawsuit pending against my name.  This was a man from a different country and he was very hard to undestand, he was also using an American Name.  I have been receiving  these calls from different numbers also. I encourage anyone who gets a call from a number that they do not know, not to answer the phone.

I told him i never recieved a loan or applied for a loan on line. He even had my email address. Then he said he was going to send a sheriff to my job to do an investigation on me.i suffer from severe panic disorder, and anxiety attacks. Because of this i now have really bad shakes, and will need to leave work and go home. These people should be allowed to make these horrible phone calls.  I called back from a differant phone, and asked for the Company name.He said it was "Your Mommas Di..!

I have a guy with an Asian or foreign accent calling me regularly and leaving threatening messages on my phone. He keeps saying there is a pending lawsuit against me but it's been over two months and he keeps calling. The number that appears on my phone is 315 604 3650 but when you redial it, it gives you a wrong number message back. I finally decided to answer one of the calls and he could not even articulate why he was calling. so asked him his company and got more gibberish answers..I even asked him to go ahead and sue me but he kept on and on. I hung up on him after telling him to go ahead and sue me but he just called me back today (12/13/2011) with the same stupid message..He also left the number 312 473 2924 for me to call him back. He added that I could ignore him at my own peril. But I know this is fraud waiting to be effected and I will not be a part of it!
