this guys is very rude! everything posted below on him is true. he demands information and then hangs up on you. Not a good way to sell anything! Here is a phone number i found that actually works when you call it. the number that shows up on caller id will be busy when you try it back.

Yep, same here.  They call every evening 4-5PM.  I'm also on dnc list.  Call ID shows number only.

Receiving repeated calls from this number.  Caller ID has the name Frank N. Magid.  Never leaves a message.

Annoying phone call 3-5pm.....never leave message.  On every dnc list.  Most stopped after the holidays, this is the first to attempt in new year.  Will try congressman to get it shut down...

A man called on a Sunday afternoon at 2:14 and said he was doing research on how happy people are with their cable service.  He asked if anyone there worked for the cable company or a satellite company.  Next he verified my phone number and asked my age.  Then he just hung up on me.  My biggist worry these days is identify theft.  I should have jus been rude and hung up on him first.  I wouldn't be worried about what is happening with the information that I gave him.

I think Iowa 2nd district Congressman Dave Loebs"a quack" knows he has a problem in his district Magid & Associates.  Here is a direct quote from his contact form page, which i believe is intended for all of those who do not live in "his district":

I just called the Magid residence at (952) 470-5884 and told the woman who answered that  I had just received a call from their company and I did not appreciate it and asked that my number be removed from their list. She said she would see to it.  Perhaps if enough people call they will learn that our phones are not tools for their market research. If they wish to conduct research, they should solicit people to participate in focus groups.

They call oftem and all I hear is heavy breathing! It is like some kind of kinky pervert trying to make sick sexual innuendo. I am not kidding I can clearly hear heavy breathing and it continues until I hang up. This is way beyond the realm of decency and should be dealt with under criminal law.

received phone call tonight.  When I answered, a woman said that she was having problems hearing me and would call back later.  It sounded funny because I hardly had out hello when the voice came on.  It sounded like a recording.
