I feel like calling her myself and telling her to go to hell.  She's violating all sorts of rules  and laws concerning debt collection.

Total scam.  Bankruptcy courts do no such thing.  This is just  a scam to get money out of you.  She calls you again tell her you know it's a scam and tell her to go to hell.

Sweet little MONICA HUFF called me today also and left the most hateful voicemail I had ever heard in my life.  Way back in 2006 I filed bankruptcy and lost my home, divorced after 25 years, my life was upside down.  Very traumatic time.  When I called her back she tell me after bankruptcy, the court automatically sends credit cards out to people with a very small max, $300, to help "reestablish" credit.  I supposedly accepted the card and signed the contract.  I don't remember this at all.  MONICA told me the $300 debt had accumulated into over $6,000 with interest and attorney fees.  I explained to her what had happened in my life.  She said my ex, Tim, would have his wages garnished, 25% of wages until balance was paid.  I told her she was too late, because of all the stress in our lives, in 2010, Tim had decided to take his life in my backyard.  I found him.  MONICA literally told me that she DIDN'T CARE about what had gone on in my life, it was of no concern to her.  I then told her that I did not work, I have no income and I live off of food stamps.  It was then she got irate, told me she was sending paperwork to DA and they would be filing charges on me and HUNG UP ON ME!

I was literally taken back that anyone could possibly be this hateful and rude.  It took me over an hour to stop shaking, I was so mad!  This is beyond bullishness and needs to be stopped!

I received a call from this number stating they had me down as a contact for my boyfriend.  They gave me a name and a reference number to have him call them back about getting his name removed from some paperwork regarding his ex-wife.  He called them today and they were very rude demanding large amounts of money and telling him if he didn't resolve her debt then they would have his license suspended.  When he asked if there was some kind of appeal process or someone else he could talk to she got irate with him and hung up on him.
