My loan company said this is a scam to not answer !!!!

I get the same calls and it is a foreigner I yelled at him and he yelled back lol

they call say I owe on a loan I never got and they foreign says cops come get me,it is a scam

So What Can We Do?? Im Getting Same Calls!!!!

Keeps calling and asking for Robert! Well, I am a female and my name is definitely not ROBERT! I just kept hanging up the phone!!!!

I just got a call from them I told them to learn how to speak English and he called me a punk mutha******* I started laughing and he got really mad.  So I started talking about his mother and he has he would track me down personally and would make me pay.  I responded by he can find me at the w***e house where his mother sister and wife work at then he finally hung up on me.

Got a call from a Office Jack Anderson extension 749 to my work and I wasn't there. They told my office manager that they were going to have me arrested within 2 hours if he didn't hear from me.  Then they turned around and called my cell phone which my mom had and so she answered and it was him.  He became a total a***ole to her and told her that he was going to call the sheriffs office and have me arrested and that I would be in jail for two years.  She told him it was awful funny that if someone was going to put a warrant out for me they have to have a reason and if it was over some bill then they would have to send a letter or a  registered letter in the mail and give her some time to respond.  

Then my mom told him I had fell and broke my back and she was helping me with my bills and stuff and he said yeah you don't take care of your daughter so my mom went off on him and hung up on him.  Then about 30-45 minutes later she got a call and the caller id said Emergency Number so she answered it and yet again another guy called and said that Mr. Anderson had contacted him and he was with the United States Crime Bureau Federal Dept. Mom told him that she had already talked to Mr. Anderson and she told him not to call back that she would have me call and he said yes I heard the tape that was played and she threatened to call the police and so forth.  She told him YES she most certainly did because she had just read online where it was a big scam.  He kept on and on about did she know who he was and she said yes and she told him that again if I owed something that was going to cause the sheriff to get involved they would have to send letters and couldn't just make a phone call.  And she told him that she could sue his a** off because he was telling her information about me that was nobody's business but mine. She finally told him she was working and to STOP calling and hung up on him. He proceeded to call her back three times right in a row but she didn't answer.

Keeps calling on my office number.

they told me that I had warrant for me and local cops told me that if this was true they do not tell u that they have a warrant for my arrest it ascam and do not sent them no money or anthing theres nothing u can do to stop them for call just don't answer phone at all

Received several phone calls from this number today Ithey left several messages that I  will be arrested In the morning for 18 months....I called him back and asked what kind of criminal matter was I being arrested for and he wouldn't tell me..he just kpet repeating my Address and last four digits of SSN....he has a very heavy accent one you can not even understand....totally a scam I called our Sheriffs office and they assured me it was a scam.....also I tried to give him my attorneys number but he wouldn't even hear of it he just kkept saying he would see me in the morning.....

I get these all the time for the gal that had the number before me. Its a total scam. I enjoy screwing with the guys its fun! The best is to call on the can and flush or belch or ask them what they are wearing oor lead them on so they think they got a winner

This number keep calling me every so often today I got fed up then officer black so called connected me on a three way to a so called Sheriff with sirens going. I laughed they got pissed. I told them to meet me at my local police station. I believe that they are getting information fro loans especially payday loans that have been done over the internet. So I told them to send me the information I so called fraud and I will give it to my attorney to investigate..I am filing a criminal complaints against money cash advance since thats the name they gave. I would be a damn fool to pay something I have no knowledge of and the loans I got have been paid off. They only give u enough info to make u think it's legit but I'm no dummy I want dates acct# lender name amounts and I want all the information so that I can investigate. If I owe I would pay but threatening me into paying not happening.

I got a few calls from this number from a Linda Johnson

I have received several calls from this number this morning. They have left two voicemails now. One saying "god only knows what will happen to you if you ignore this call". The guy goes by the name of Officer Daniel Black. These guys are a total scam company.They called me a few months ago and I told them I wasn't paying them anything because they're a scam company. How and who should I report these people to?

They called and threatened to have me arrested . Saying that my information was being used for fraud. Gave the name SGT. Jack Anderson.  I emailed the FBI on what to do about it so that my information is safe.

Ive had the same numerous calls?! He calls my phone constantly. I decided to call him back his name is Sargent Mike Davis ext 81. He is an Indian fellow. He stated I would have a warrant out  for my arrest due to loans, the thing is I do have loans and they are delinquent and there for it scared me. So I took upon myself to call the loans directly they have never heard of Mike Davis and stated they do NOT go to that extent. I made payement arrangements with them. The only thing is I do not want him to call me at work what do I do NEXT?!!! HELP

Got a message saying this is a time sensitive matter and I need to call back right away.

Some foreign guy stating he was officier of the law and he was coming to get me. He has filed charges against my social security number. I called the the Attorney Generals office and reported them

this number have call my work place constanly but my employer can't block the number.  Is there a way to stop them from calling my work?

Harrassing calls trying to reach someone that I don't know. Claimed to be BCI. I think he watches too much TV. Heavy Indian accent with lots of background noise. I blocked the number after he called back several times in a 5 minute window.

This number called my business repetitively. They were told the person they were looking for was not working. They demanded to speak with a manager. When they were told no one was available, they kept calling harassing and threatening staff. I am calling local authorities. They said they are the bureau if criminal investigation and they would continue to call this number until they reached the party they were looking for. They said we didn;t know who we were messing with. We took their number and they have stopped calling for now. If they call again I will take further action with DHS. Said their name was Dawn or Don Harris. Could not understand because he had a thick middle eastern accent.

Has been calling and harrassing me and threatening me. They claim to be investigators and said I would be arrested if I didn't pay 2,536.00. I know it is a scam and told them it was. They wanted to speak to my manager and I would not let them because this is a persona matter it has nothing to do with my job. Can they be stopped?

I just this same call today. And they said the same thing to me. I changed my numbers so now they are calling my employer. I gave the number to my attorney and he gave them hell.

attorney mike jones he calls himself threaten my husband at work and me saying they have a warrents for own arrest call me and my husband leaves the number 3302363525 last time i spoke we him he hung up on me

caled me five times he use the name mike jones saying my social security number and a loans is under investigation lesves number 330-236-3525.

Received several calls from 330-236-3525 today.  Caller hung up when I answered a number of times.  Finally asked for an associate who was not at work when the call was made.  Caller obviously has the associates work schedule, yet missed the shift by over 8 hours.  After repeatedly telling the caller that the person was not here, he began using vulgar and obscene language.  He identified himself as Officer James Anderson, however he would not identify his company name.
