Anyone who is reading this please take head, I went to cash two money orders Juan sent me in the mail, luckily the post office was nice enough not to pursue anything. She told me she could have  confiscated the money order. I could have gotten into alot of trouble. Someone needs to report this guy. I was just so excited about finally finding a job, I just jumped right in.

I am so thankful that I read this forum....I almost did it cause I was hard up for cash. There is a FED EX package waiting on my when I get home. I am taking it straight to my local authorities alone with the emails Mr. Medina and I shared. I am tired of people stealing from poor innocent ppl.

Thanks a bunch

I replied to a job posting to Juan Medina, he e-mailed me the next day saying that he wanted to offer me a job, that he's out of the country, hearing impaired, and that he needs me to run errands for him THIS week and will wire me money to reimburse me. All of it was very fishy, then when I just did quick research about it I saw it's a complete scam. I hope you didn't get ripped off.

This is a scam we emailed back and forth and I gave him my phone number that is the only information I gave him. Unless you give you account number or SSN you should be fine. He said the job was for a P.A and the pay was 400 dollars a week, I did not give out my address either.

Yes, it's a scam.  They send you a fake check and ask you to deposit it in your bank account... and to wire a portion of it to them or to an accomplice.  Then the check bounces and you get stuck for the whole amount.
Tell them you have no checking account and that you want them to wire the money to you.

So it is a scam?  I have the same situation right now. An alleged insurance agent is contacting me saying I got this job as a personal assistant. I haven't been scammed yet, but I feel it coming. We are starting to discuss pay and he is talking about sending a check.

Please tell me the details and what to expect. Email me at mushawith88@gmail.com please with the info
