Though I hate that everyone else is getting multiple calls from these collossal morons, I am somewhat relieved that I am not the only one. These idiots call multiple times a day, sometimes in 15-20 minute increments, which really is a pain in my *ss when I just get home from work. Like everyone else has reported, the same caller ID names come up that everyone else has listed. The last time they called (earlier this week) the message said I should press 1 (or whatever) to put them on the do not call list. We shall see. This is why I hate phones, landline and cells included. No privacy.

Do this morning , afternoon, and all hours of the night. Put their number on the web, in bath rooms, on lamp poles, in train stations and on car wind shields. do auto speed dial

force them to change their phone number!!!!!!

calls every day several times...help me to block them

I am having the same issue, calls are constant all hours of the day and night. Has woken us up many times, very disrupting. I pressed 1 to be put on do not call list does it really work, says it takes 48hrs we shall see. Im going to call my phone carrier to block this number if in 48hrs this is still happening. POWERSERVE STOP THIS YOU ARE ANNOYING PEOPLE!!!!!

They've started to call daily.  I'm on the Do Not Call List and never pick up calls from unfamiliar numbers.

I called the number today 8/22/13 & immediately got a prompt to press 1 to be put on the "do not call list" ,which I did.  They said that it would take 48 hours for it to go through.

3 calls yesterday, and 3 today already. It's outrageous. Marketing gone rampant and berserk. I'm unable to answer my phone anymore.

I strongly suspect that Power Division has now become Serve Power with a cell number - 347 775 2768.

Their latest call came in today, Aug. 20th at 1:05 pm.

I found an address for them in Pennsylvania. They were involved in fraud by John Rigas and his son. They were convicted.

No message.

Found the company!  Calls are originating from Hyperion Telecommunications d/b/a Adelphia Business Solutions.  Why doesn't everyone call or write to them:  716-819-2000, 1000 Main Place Tower, Suite 1000, 350 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14202.

I get more robo-calls from this number than from any others (and I get a lot of robo-calls).  Caller ID used to identify caller as "Power Division."  Now it's ID'd as "Serve Power."  Same garbage no matter what they call themselves.

Daily calls from Serve Power

I keep getting calls from a thing that comes up as "Power Division" on my phone and leaves no message.   When I answer I get a robo call asking about my ConEd service and reducing my bill.  Now I'm getting them from this number identifying as "Serve Power".  I"m sure anything legit from ConEd would ID as ConEd or come in the mail.   I'm a Do Not Call number.
