I also called sprint and was told that they do not use a 347 area code when they call their customers. I agree with jc, beware to whom you give your information to over the phone.

Debt Collector

They claim to be Sprint customer service. They ask for checking acct information using a recorded message and because I have an account with Sprint I called Sprint and they said its not them. BEWARE
