It is a law firm that does debt collection.  It's name is Bishop White Marshall and Weibel.  They are decent to work with but they WILL push legal action forward.  The first step they do, after calling quite often and over a long period of time, is to send you a summons.  You MUST reply to it however the summons, at least in Washington state has not been filed with the court yet.

You don't have to consent to have the call recorded.  It's not for your benefit.

Asked for me, didn't even have my gender right, wouldn't say why they were calling, laughed when I said the gender was wrong, very illusive, unkind, and unprofessional. If it's not a scam, it's a very heartless debt collector.

This number called me,  no voicemail.  Must be a Spoofed Number.  I've been fooled and scammed by one of those already.
