I just got the same text saying the same thing. They want you to call them back but don't, It's definitely a scam.

Got the following text message from this number: "Bad Credit, No Equity, Behind on your Payments, Not Behind. Want a lower payment? Interest Rates as low as 2% Fixed, If so reply HELP,To Opt out reply STOP."  Would love to know this company since it apparently came from a cell phone as opposed to a computer like most text spam.  I called the number and it said "you have reached a voicemail box that has not been set up yet.
