Called me one day a week ago several times. Didn't answer. Doesn't leave voice mail. Then called once each day for next 2 days. I know it's a pain in the a*** but u just have to ignore those calls when they call. I just temporarily silence my ringer by hitting one of the volume buttons.

Received a call but no messages...
I called back and they say everyone is busy and to leave a message but when you dial its a silent time and them an answer machine saying to leave a message.

They are a collection agency.... NCI is the company name... By FDCPA, they must identify who they are when asked.

Had much jumbled information and absolutely refused to identify who, what or why while continuously asking more questions. Not legal behavior and quite unsettling.

They called and refused to tell me who was calling until I gave them my address and contact info. I refused to give the information until I knew who I was dealing with. They never identified themselves so I hung up. All they would say is that it was a "personal business matter"
Normally if it is an effort to collect a debt they have to say so and usually say so, my guess TELEMARKETING
