called me twice, didnt leave message. I attempted to call back but line was disconnected.

When I answered I heard no voice, no offering, no bank accounts, only a weird noise, it was almost as a machine noise. I kept on asking "Who is this, who is this?" No reply, just the noise.

Just got a call from the same number, but it used to belong to a friend of mine until the first part of Feb 2008, when she moved back to England. I am keeping her dogs til they a re ready to go over, and just happened to keep her number in my phone book. So, it came up as her, but was some Indian lady asking if I was so and so and that she saw I owed $8,000 in credit card debt. Don't have any cc debt and don't know where she came up whit her info, so just started bombarding her with questions about sho she was, where she was (FL) and how did she get my friends number, etc. She finally gave up and hung up. I got a missed call alst week from the same number, but thought it was odd and did not try to call it back. Not sure what they are up to, but does sound an awful lot like a scam. The address on Winter St is where my friends family lived before they moved, so I dont know if they scamed some of their records or what. So weird.

Got 3 calls  yesterday from a 404-492-6047 number, with no one on the other end.  Called my phone carrier and had this number blocked.  Got another call this morning from a 404-492-6043.  When I did a reverse lookup, I happened to get longtitude and latitude coordinates.  It is an address in Marietta, GA.  Found the address at 22 Winters Street, SE in Marietta, GA, 30060.  Drove there and there is no such address only a 26 Winters Street.  Just short one way street!  Just reported this to my police friends here in Cobb County, GA.  They are investigating.  Will follow up when I have more info!

Some one call from this number and asked for checking account # to charge me shipping and handling fee for FREE Digital camera. Be aware and do not release your personal financial information. I got phone call from following phone numbers.

I just got call from 6043 asked for me by name and then disconnected.  I called both numbers back with the same message about changed or disconnected ##

Yeah...I totally got a missed call from this number...called it back and they said it was disconnected!!  Should I inform someone?  I don't know how they would be able to trace the number if it's just one of those disposable phones...

B***h called with personal data about my wife and provided information about my wife applying for 15K credit.  Never happened!  Metro PCS is an accessory to these idiots trying to steal identies.  They should take action against customers using phones to try and scam the general public.

got call from this number - looking for someone per recording that doesn't live here; haven't heard of.....they usually call from an 856 area code number when the mesage "looking" for someone that doesn't live here is left

This number has called me 8 times in the last 10 hours. A few times I missed it and a couple of times I tried to answer. They hang up immediately. I can hear a lot of people in the background. I have been racking my brain about this today because when I call back, it's a non-working number. So weird. It's a Metro PCS phone number but when IK called them, they offered no advice. This is so weird and creepy. I hope they stop calling....

I got a call from them this morning. I think this is the second time I spoke to them this year. The say they are from US Services Inc. and are contacting people to let them know that they qualify for $500 from the FED GVT because they have always paid their taxes on time and they are good citizens. That statement should make anyon's skin crawl. Don't give any information to them. They are going to ask for birth dates, ssn, and banking information so they can deposit right into your account and don't have to send checks out to your house. I don't know anyon named Wilson with an accent that thick! Scam!!

I got a call today on my cell from that number but I did not answer. Never will now.
Reverse lookup just says MetroPCS cell phone in Atlanta

I'm receiving the same call. The person on the other end sounds foreign and asks me if "some name I couldn't understand" is there. I've been receiving a ton of bogus calls from foreign areas with odd sounding names or simple 3 letter names recently. Hope it stops before I have to contact my phone provider.

This phone number has showed up twice on my caller ID. I must have missed the calls. They left no message, and when I tried to call it back, it was unavailable. I have reported it to the authorities, and the FCC. It appears to be bogus. By all means, if you answer this call, do not give any personal information out.

Came home to find this number on our caller ID. It's not uncommon to get 404 calls here as we live just out of the Atlanta area. My ID also showed O2C. Frankly, I don't answer calls like this if I am home but screen them through the answering machine and pick up if it's legit. The legit ones usually leave a message anyway. I figure if it's not important enough for someone to leave a message, I go on with my day and erase it. We've been getting calls like this for 2 weeks from another number that states it is from the Dekalb County Jail on my husband's cell, for goodness sake! Report it if you're on the do not call list. There are scams all over, these are phish calls.

Oh my god. this SAME number called me today and was asking for someone with a name that I didnt know so I said its a wrong number.
He insisted that its not and he repeated my number..than said a zip code and said if that was right and I said no than said some address and asked if thats right and i said no(bc it wasnt my address) so than he asked me what my address was but ofcourse im not stupid so i didnt give it to him and hung up. Now when I tried calling the number back...it is disconnected. This is creepy! Does anyone have any info on who it might have been??

Did not answer, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it is a scam or a mail order pharmacy. I've gotten too many calls with similar numbers lately for them not to be connected.
