I agree, very rude lady calling from, she says "AT&T". Told her we don't have AT&T and she said ooooooh, well I will update the database. Stupid!

Wanted to speak with person who handles outr AT&T account. Told her that since we got rid of AT&T, we didn't need that person anymore and let them go.
Caller ID was CTEL. Background noises of kids arguing. Obviously caller works from home and has no professionalism. Plus to ask for whoever handles our AT&T account, without even knowing whether we have an AT&T account is presumptous.
I told this person we only deal with profesionals and she did not fit that definition. Hope I insulted her, but she is probably too stupid to realize that she was insulted

Called and asked who handled the AT&T account. As so as I told her I could help her she hung up.
