This card holder services company calls me a couple times a month and I'm sick of it! I've asked to be on their no call list like 20 times!

They keep calling morning, noon & night. Please stop calling me. I don't have a credit cards with this company. I wish they would find another way of getting paid beside annoying hard working people. It's very irrating when as soon as you walk in the door from a hard days work & the phone rings & it's some foreign lady telling me about a credit card I don't have. Please STOP CALLING ME, I decide to get your card let me contact you!

They just called me And i hung up.. Lol i don't even have a credit card..wtf...

got this call, did not answer phone, I let the machine pick up....they hung up without leaving any type of message

Speel is similar to: "Hi this is Rachel with Credit Card services calling about your credit card account. There is no problem with your credit card at this time however this is your last chance to reduce your credit card interest rate. Press 9 now to speak to a representive about drastically reducing your credit card rate." I pressed 9 to demand (for the 3rd time) they remove my name and number from their system and to let them know I am filing a complaint with the FCC. The agent hung up on me the moment the word "remove" came out of my mouth.
I have been registered with the DNC list since it began. I also filed a complaint with the FTC....again.

I get this number coming across the ID caller, I don't bother to answer the phone anymore since there is not a name on there. Eventually they get the message that there is n one here and they stop. Oh & what a waste of time trying to get Do Not Call List to do anything about these calls. It's all a big joke!

Same here, I keep filing complaints.  For all I know, the do not call registry is calling me!

Some thing has to be done .i m on the do not call list they still call .Plus it my cell phone there calling.

I called my phone company and they reported it also.

I got three calls from 407-000-#### numbers.   I reported this to FTC.  Please report if you get one.

BBB IS REALLY LATE WITH THEIR WARNING.   The first article was released in Nov 08 and the bbb is just now warning consumers.   Great Job BBB NOT!

Same recorded message regarding lowering my visa/mastercard interest.  It's the second call I got today.  First call Caller ID showed "UNAVAILABLE".  I pressed 1 to talk to someone and got a lady with broken English who hung up on me when I asked who she was.

The second call 3 hours later with caller ID 1-407-000-2828 had me press 9 and I got a male who hung up on me when I asked him who he was.

I'm on the do not call list, so this scam has no regard for law.  I wish something could be done to stop this bull.

The caller gave me her name as Chloe Carrion and even spelled it for me.She gave me her license number as 1831524 and another number that I don't recall her saying what it was but the number was PC2335. When I asked her to tell me my account number she hung up. Then I called the number back and there is no such number. The call was to lower my interest rate. Please BEWARE.

THIS LADY CALLED 04/13/2009 WANTING TO LOWER MY INTEREST RATES. I ASKED WHICH CARD COMPANY SHE REPRESENTED AND SHE HUNG UP. BEWARE!

Called to lower interest rate on credit card.  I decided to go ahead and press"9" to speak to a CSR.  She asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my card, then I blew a rape whistle very loudly several times...she hug up on me.

File a complaint against these companies! I do. Even though I've been on the do not call list I sometimes get these calls. I hope you can get a better job Thomas Sharp!

Thomas Sharp called and gave me the whole spill on this offer without me saying one word. After he finished speaking, I asked his name again, and thanked him for doing so, then he hung up.

Lovely scam by yet another company to lower your credit card intrest rate.  I have reported them and yet they still call.  Have asked that they cease calling and they only hang up on me.  Sorry folks, no magic bean here.  Just some hack wanting to scam yet another hard working family.
