I have also been scammed by this company and I have also sent a complaint against them to the BBB. I just received my first response which I share below:

"In response to Mrs. Garcia's complaint, we are a marketing and advertising company and we do not guarantee a specific time period it takes to rent out the timeshare nor the pricing that they may receive which is clearly stated on the contract that the customer is referring to. I am the CSR Manager at the corporate office and have yet to hear from this client. I would be more than happy to update the client when I receive a phone call from them. It seems that there has been some sort of communication of the contract. Our reps also have a state approved script that they read from so Im not sure of what the client is talking about. She can reach me at 877-263-2047 Ext 4411"

As if getting in touch with them was that easy.... did you manage to get your fee back? We should get in contact and look for more people scammed by this company to do something big. If you are interested please let me know.

I know exactly who is calling. It is TRU Marketing Enterprises calling to rent your time share property. I have multiple complaints to the (BBB) Better Business Bureau against them. Everyone should take the time and go to the online BBB and make a complaint to warn other people about this company, who scam your hard working money. I got scammed for $750 for my orange lake time share in Florida.

Nothing stops these time share scam people.  No matter how often you register on the do not call list (and you do have to keep updating) they call anyway.  I've told them to stop calling so many times and they just keep calling anyway.  If they are asking for money up front to sell your time share they are definitely a scam.

Another message from Tru Marketing (Mr. Jones) about renting my Celebrity Resorts property. (National Do Not Call List does not help avoid these calls!)
1) Message referred to points, I don't have any.
2) Message referred to Celebrity Resorts, they became Legacy Resorts 7 or 8 months ago.
3) They did not know which property they were going to help me rent.

All four of my timeshare management comanies told me the same thing, use a broker to sell your timeshare. They only get a commission if they sell your timeshare.

Got call from them, claim to be Tru Marketing working on behalf of celebrity resorts. Thye want o rent out my week.
1) I am on national do not call list, they called anyway.

Check timeshare resale/rental companies with Better Business Bureau/internet, etc.

I get at least three calls daily from this number.  Sometimes they will talk to me but often there will be nobody there.  I have told them, repeatedly, to stop calling me... to little avail.  How do I stop the phone calls??

This makes twice that I've filed with the do not call company on this phone number with man's name.  Do not call is a joke, they don't enforce anything.  They might show they own a BIG STICK to use against wrongful people, but thye're afraid to use it so they don't.

Called saying they would pay 2000 for my timeshare week for some event in Florida.  Good grief, do they ever stop.

Timeshare rentals sales, had very incorrect info. Rude! Reporting too!

May I suggest , if you're on the Do Not Call list, you enforce the penalties.
