That's who JUST called me.  Alex Martin or Monty but had an Arabic accent, then proceeded to blow up my work phone after I hung up on him.  I forwarded his information on to my attorney.  He'll be dealt with.

This is one of MANY phone numbers used by a group of scam artists who use the infomation you provided to a Pay Day loan company, whether you got the loan or not, to scare you into thinking you are going to be sued and/or arrested.  They are annoying, but have no teeth.   Just hang up on them....or call them back with Google Voice, and have some fun with them!

The tell tale sign is the person on the line will have a very very thick accent, most likely Indian or Middle Eastern in nature.
