Got two phone calls.  On Monday 4/2 and the other today 4/4.  4/2 call cams at 11:32 am and today's call at 10:28 am.   The voicemails sound identical.  Agent Anthony Williams with the DEA, he leaves a number to call and tells me it's urgent that I return his call.  

I don't think he's saying my name in the beginning.  His accent is so thick.  He sounds African, not Spanish like someone previously mentioned.  

Lets put it this way.  If the DEA really wanted you, they would come get you.  This guy is such a loser.  Sucks that some people are actually giving him money.  On a side note I wonder if he gets free calls because his phone bill has got to be outrageous :)

Just received the same call for purchasing medication on line.  Anthony D. William, threatened federal prison 4-7 years possible extradition to the Dominican Republic and agents were en route to arrest me.  He could make it go away, working with the judge for a fine  for $3800.  I hesitated and said the agents were on the way.  Then I googled the number.  Thank you all for posting.  I am still shaking.

Scam, some  a***ole claiming to be DEA!  I actually know DEA agents and have reported this number!

Just got the same call.  He threatened with an arrest warrant and that I would be spending the night in jail tonight.  He asked me if I had any questions, and I said no (i was pretty sure this was a scam) and then I hung up.  I got worried and then looked up the phone number to find these messages.  Thank GOD!

M: But you aren?t the person who left the message, I need to speak with Mr. Wilson
O: Mr Williams is in a meeting
M: Okay, But I need Anthony Wilson ? (this was intentional on my part, it was Williams)
O: Mr. Williams is in a meeting ? can I get your first and last name
M: Well whats your first and last name?
O: I?M the one ASKING the questions YOU have to answer
M: Why do I HAVE to answer you, you aren?t the one who called me
O: BECAUSE YOU?RE A CRIMINAL AND YOUR GETTING ARRESTED.
*He hung up*
*I called back*
O: Drug Enforcement Agency, how may I help you?
M: *laughing* How can you tell someone that calls you that they are being arrested when you haven?t even managed to successfully get their first or last name?
O: THIS IS A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION FOR DRUGS AND YOU ARE A CRIMINAL WHO WILL BE ARRESTED!
M: Are you familiar with Title 18 of the United States Code Section 912?
*he hung up*
I couldn?t catch my breath from laughing to call him back--- if he were DEA, then he would know that Title 18 United States Code Section 912 regards impersonating a federal officer is punishable of up to a maximum of 3 years in prison and/or a fine.
Come on now--- If you?re gonna attempt a scam?do your homework; otherwise you just sound like a pissed off little girl.

Caller id as Special Agent Anthony d. Williams with the DEA said he had a warrant for my husbands arrest if he did not call him back. We did a look-up and found this to be a scam. Phone number 410-609-6964.

Yesterday I received a call from 410-609-6964 on my cell phone.  The person left a message saying he was Anthony Williams, Special Agent of the Drug Enforcement Agency.  He asked me to call him back at this number: 1-800-316-4320.  Extension 2013.  I called that extension and "Anthony Williams" picked up the phone and began talking to me with a thick Spanish American accent.  He claimed that there was a warrant out for my arrest for purchasing non-presrciption drugs online from a foreign country, and that agents were on their way now to my home address.  He said that I could stop this action by paying a bail bond to a Dominican judge.  I asked how much this would cost and he said from $1,500.00 to $5,000.00 but that he would look it up for me.  While he put me on hold, I hung up on him.   I called my lawyer who told me it was a scam and that it was good I never wired him money.
Anthony called my cell phone back right away, angry, saying that he would see me in court.  
I called the number today.  The 800 number has been temporarily disconnected, but the 410 number worked, Anthony picked up the phone again, and I asked him if he could prove to me that he was an agent and if he could read to me all the information that he had about me.  He hung up.  I called back but this time he did not pick up.  I left him a message.

Just got a call today I was going to jail... I hung up on him and googled the number...,, big ole scam

Just received a call from this number ...there has got to be a way to stop people like that!

I got the same call from him but it was from a area code 850, anyway he left me as message, and i called him and left him a message and told him i work for the govt also and not to call me back and i was reporting him for extortion.

Received a call from this number from someone saying they were an FBI agent and I was going to be arrested for ordering prescription from Dominican Republic a few years ago.  If I promised never to do it again and paid a $1200 fine, he would stop police from immediately coming to my door. He said that the police were being dispatched now and paying the money was the only way to keep from going to jail for the night.  As soon as he mentioned money, I knew it must be a scam. Especially since I of course I never ordered anything from the Dominican Republic.    I asked for something in writing (trying to see if they had my address) and he said they couldn't do that.  I eventually hung up on him.  I saw the number for the DEA from previous comments and called and left a message.

I have also had the joy to recieve a call from this number. Only one so far from "Mr. Anthony Williams", I'm sure there is more to come. I have also had a few calls from 202-239-2860 "Special Agent William (Right? or Rice)"! He is pulling the same scam. I think I'm just going to have to change my phone number.

Same deal.  Call @ 11:00 a.m. on 1-27-11.  Called police etc. Good luck Reaper - I hope you are successful in your efforts as it is apparent that the U.S. govt. is powerless (what else is new).

Thank you all for this information. I hope it is accurate because I received a call from this guy too. This is the lowest life form there is. I have contacts in the Dominican and I truly hope that is where he is, because they will find him and he's going to be very sorry he ever tried this...

I got a call today....Yeah officer "PENA"   prick!!!  This guy needs to be arrested and prosecuted!!!

Same scam, 410-609-6964.  The idiot called and said he was a special agent. Pretty funny because with his heavy accent it was obvious that this was not an, Anthony Williams.
He left a message at 7:37 am and said that it was an urgent matter. I called back from a different phone number and there was no answer. Then I called back with the phone number that he called for
and he picked up. He said he was investigating me and I said I was investigating HIM!  Then he hung up.
Report  these crank callers to DEA @ 1-877-792-2873.  also a call to your local FBI or State Police would be appropriate .

received call from 410-609-6964 and voicemail was left on my cell phone on 1/19/12 at 7:38am.  Man had thick accent, garbled message except for saying he was federal agent and I needed to call him back immediately.  I did NOT call back andimmediately looked up the number on the internet and found numerous incidents that this guy is a scammer.  Also, this calls comes 5 days on the heels of my husbands credit card being fraudulently used in Spain -- someone tried to run his card 10 times for over a $1000 each time.  Luckily the bank stopped the charges except for one and shut the card down.

Received a call this morning (Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012) at 7:38am pacific time from 410-609-6964 (cell phone says it is from Maryland).  The man left a voicemail on my cell phone saying I needed to call him immediately and garbled the rest of the message except for the fact that he was a "Federal Agent".  I immediately checked the internet for scams and came across numerous posts about this man trying to get money.  Also, this call has come about 5 days after my husband's credit card was fraudulently used in Spain.

Rec'd a voice mail message this morning from this number. Man indentified himself as Anthony Williams with the DEA. Demanded I call him back immediately. Very intimidating and angry sounding.
Thought it must be a scam, so googled the number and found out I was right. Don't pick up the phone when you see the number on caller ID.

He just did this to me yesterday.  I called the FBI.  They know this guy.  He is in the Dominican Republic.

I reported it to the police and FBI. FBI knows this guy.  Its been going on since 2007.  His name is Anthony Williams and he is in the Dominican Republic.

I received a call today from this number and Mr. Williams.  I told him it was a bunch of crap and hung up.  Then I called the police.  The police told me to Google the # and it came up scam.  It frightened me at first because he had also left a message about 30 minutes earlier and all his information in the message.
