they call me once a month to tell me that I have computer issues. I have told them off because I am sick of them call me every month they have been right on time calling. How the hell can we get them to knock this off. I need them to stop calling me. Plus they call me with 2 different numbers 410-650-4466 and 971-217-9508.

Yes, I repeated calls as well.  When this happens, I simply put a block on the call.  That ends it.

I answered. Automated voice message that just says "good bye."

I did a google search, and found that the address is 536 east lexington street, Baltimore, Maryland. It looks like a big government building. I don't know if anyone who lives near there would want to go talk to them or something, but I thought this would be useful.

This number belongs to "Education Services", a search engine.  They collect phone numbers when you web browse looking for college programs and actually enter your contact information.  If you answer and actually listen to what they say/ask, they are trying to find out if you are interested in pursuing a college degree, then they obviously try to market different schools to you.  They get paid by schools that register with your services, not by you.  If you were to listen to them and follow their details, they are obnoxious marketeers, but not scammers.  If you simply tell them you are enrolled in a school, and name a major school, they will have no interest in talking to you further and will take your number off of their call list much faster than if you try to get them put on any no-call list.  Money talks louder than you asking them to stop calling you, if they believe you are already enrolled in another school program (college, university, some form of higher learning), they will internally assess that you are not worth their time and the calls will stop.

Got a call from this number earlier today. Did not leave a message. I try calling back. Got a message stating this number is no longer in service.

received a phone call today from this number...when I answered it was a foreign woman trying to discuss furthering my education. I had recently requested information from a few different schools regarding graduate studies, so I thought that it was one of the schools I had been looking into---NOPE!  Kept telling me that she works with a number of top educational facilities across the country but could not give me the name of even one when I asked.  I asked her to remove me from her list, she kept talking trying to keep me on the phone--I said "good-bye" and hung up.  This number then called me AGAIN, I let it go to voicemail (no message was left).  I then received a blocked call seconds later, again no voicemail.  IRRITATING!!!

feels like a scam. ive been getting at least 6 calls a day.

I've been receiving irritating calls from this number also.  It needs to stop.  They don't pay my bill or even know me...obviously I don't know or want to know them.

This number calls me a minimum of 4 X a day...no message is left and when I try to call them back, the number is not in service.

This number is calling me about 3 times a day for a few days. Then it will stop for a week or more. Then it continues calling me. I've never answered and it leaves no message.
