i got a call on Oct 29 2013 and the lady said her name was jasmine but didn't leave a company name and said that someone had a paper with my name and social security number on them and that i needed to call them back asap. i don't even know how they got my number as it  is private and unlisted, nor how they got any other info about me. i am going to turn this into my local authorities and have them for identity theft, harrassment. i am retired and i have multiple serious health problems and i don't need their scams so leave me alone or they will be prosected as i will bring charges against them

Got this call on m Tracfone which I have only had for about 6 months. Left no message. I did not answer because this is a pre-paid phone and it charge 1 unit for each call taken. There is no way anyone I know other than immediate family would have this number as I do not give it out and it's used only for emergencies. So it has to be a scam.

Getting calls from this number on my cell phone. They don't leave a message, just hang up when my voice mail answers. The TrueCaller app on my phone comes back with no name.

I called the number back and got an automated answering system that identified them as Dynamic Recovery Solutions. Googled them and found their website http://gotodrs.com/

My Google search also found lots of websites about them discussing everything from trying to collect on debts over 10 years old (law says after 7 years the debt is null) to asking for people who are not at the number and being rude/harassing/threatening when told that the person doesn't live at that number or is not known.

Blocked them on my phone.

412-802-9027 keeps calling for 83 year old father-in-law saying he owes $1000 from providian visa from 2002 and they have sent notices for the past year.  We have never seen any of these notices and they get very nasty with me on the phone when I ask what the charges were on the card.  After an almost 6 minute phone call while I am at work and this woman not listening I asked to speak to a manager and was told she is the manager and asked to speak with someone above her and she raised her voice saying that she was not going to put someone else on the phone to keep debating with me and our phone call is a blatant refusal to pay a debt.  I kept telling her it isn't a refusal as to we have never received any of the information in the mail.  She said well we've sent it and we have the correct address and it was never received so what does that tell you.  I said well we've never received any of the information so what does that tell you?

Call every month never leave a message and hang up

They are breaking every law in the book--

Claiming to be officials of the Federal government.
Refusing to validate the debt.

Get a consumer law attorney and go after them

Received a call from 412-802-9027 saying I owed over $2000 for a past due bill that was several years old. I ask them to send me a copy and they said they had sent out over 22 notices over the last year. I said they were a scam and I hung up the phone. They did not call back. My wife called the number back and first they said that it was Dynamic recovery solutions and then someone got on the line and said they were with the IRS and my wife hang up.

they had my social security number and said i owed money

I received a call from this number - it was an obvious robo-call because the voice mail message started several seconds into the message.  I have no idea who this clown was but he was most certainly a scum-sucking scammer!  He claimed it was URGENT that I return call immediately!  Suprisingly he also stated he was a debt collector and that any information obtained...yada yada yada.  I do love the Verizon Wireless option that alliws me to block incoming calls from specific numbers!  This guy has been added to my "Banned Callers" blacklist. hehehe!!!!
